Industrial Strip (IN) vs Florida clubs (Tampa)

Moved from Chicagoland to just south of Tampa. Was wondering what club would make me feel most at home to Industrial Strip in Northern Indiana. I'm not really looking for FS extras, but a great lap dance at value.
Here's what IS had that I would be interested in finding in Tampa and maybe the Miami area as well (I travel and stay at casinos).
Private booths for "regular" lapdances: IS had these rooms in back that had a "S" type walls so that no one could easily see into the rooms from the hallways. Not a huge fan of getting a lapdance in a room with others getting theirs or out in the main stage area.
Lapdances that are full contact and full friction: Like the dancer rubbing against me and me being allowed to put my hands on her assets
Dance specials: IS had $10 lapdances on Mondays & Tuesdays. Nice thing about IS versus the other Chicago clubs that ran this special is they were the same dances at the same length (no short playing songs) as what you would get if paying $30/dance on a Friday or Saturday night.
Dancer variety: IS had dancers of all shapes, sizes and ethnicities. While I like a certain type, it's nice having choices.
I'm not really looking to have FS at the club or at least I'm not used to getting that at a strip club, but liked spending $50 on five good lap dances with several dancers in a relaxing evening.
Being cheap, I'm guessing the $10 lapdance special is going to be the hardest thing to find down here.

Ybor Strip checks most of your boxes and is close. Across the bay, Atlantis for value and mileage or Oz which normally has better talent but with higher prices.
Damn it was smoky back in the day. Almost intolerable for a non smoker, but most of the girls were pretty hot back then.

BTW, I did go to Cheetah's in Pompano Beach last night and their $10 table dances checked most of the boxes except for being in a private room. At least the price was right!
Also agree that IS is not as great as it used to be. Especially since I don't drink alcohol so I much preferred the old fully nude! Been going since they opened and remember the old layout with a "basement" feel, then the "adult store" till finally the new layout.
I thought all of Indiana was topless only? Were there some fully nude clubs in the past? Or is full nude still allowed under certain circumstances?
