In my experience, a civvie is more likely to have.... * a more stable / less crazy life, job, and associates * a professional career * less emotional damage from their work * a college education * less substance abuse issues ...than a girl who is currently dancing, obviously there are exceptions, and a girl who used to dance is a different matter. These are qualities I value in a partner, and many civvies would fall short here as well. I think many men hold similar views. Fwiw I couldn't care less how many dicks a girl has had stuck into her, but many men would hold this against a dancer. The two characters present vastly different qualifications for vastly different roles. One is not "better" than the other, but each makes an unlikely candidate for the other's role.

    I’m sure they’re good for plenty of things besides a fuck. Several women I know who are my age and were dancers long ago went on to be exactly the kind of compelling women I describe above. But in the singular context that I meet dancers today, ie a sc/brothel, sex is what they’re doing. There’s also the significant aspect of age. I wouldn’t want to be partners with a woman 1/2 or 1/3 my age. It would be very uninteresting the 99% of time that we are not fucking. Then again, a 50+ stripper doesn’t sound too appealing on any front. And of course the major impediment of me being old and uninteresting to them. It’s best that we have a common ground and understanding: their bodies and boundaries, my money. I don’t have to deal with their drama, they don’t have to hear me farting and snoring at night. Win-win!
