I’m a filthy Jersey pervert, and I’m going to pass on this “enticing” offer.

It came up in another thread a while ago that new accounts now need to publish a review or article (or pay for VIP) before they can create or comment on threads. So, rolling the dice via a minimal-effort (probably fake) review of a seldom-reviewed club appears to be the workaround. Because many review judges tend to give more leeway towards reviews of rarely reviewed clubs.
