Definition of a spinner type

Thank you for the definition. Where I live the demand for spinners in strip clubs exceeds the supply. I've often wondered why. I always used ‘spinner’ to mean petite, not tall and thin, but have seen it used that way on here. When I first read it on here I just assumed it meant a girl with a body stereotypical of what you'd see in a spin class, which didn't necessarily imply any height restrictions if anything tended to be taller types.
