Those of you bringing up the homeless problem. Keep in mind homeless people from all over. Many from red states make their way to California because of the services available to them that they lack in red states

I don't know if our population has declined, its just that other states may have grown faster. And then, this last census under trump and with Covid, it may have been compromised.
Yeah, our population has gone up by almost 2Meg since 2010

Real estate oriented publication always talk about the fastest growing metros. They are never in CA, always in less populated and lower cost areas.
