  Only Subra is homeless, the rest are able to ride it out in Mom's basement. By California standards 1 out of 4 on the street ain't half bad, not bad at all.

  Those of you bringing up the homeless problem. Keep in mind homeless people from all over. Many from red states make their way to California because of the services available to them that they lack in red states

  I don't know if our population has declined, its just that other states may have grown faster. And then, this last census under trump and with Covid, it may have been compromised.
