  Nothing else to really say other than the guy is a scumbag. Kids don't get to choose who their parents are.

  With any luck the kid will be placed with someone who actually cares. Probably someone even worse, though, given the state of the foster care system.

  The guy could have had the decency to lock the kid in whatever shitty apartment he lives in before getting his drink on. Sheesh.
