What changes were made to the VIP Rooms at The Cheetah in Atlanta, GA?

I heard that The Cheetah in Atlanta, GA had a lawsuit against them that forced them to alter the VIP Rooms as a result of that lawsuit. So what changes did they make as a result of the lawsuit against them from several dancers who even reported incidents to the AJC and the news TV stations? I need to know all the details of the changes that they made to the VIP Rooms at The Cheetah in Atlanta since I haven't been there for years to know what they did to alter the VIP Rooms as a result of a massive lawsuit against them.

Best way to find out is to stop by and take a girl to VIP yourself. Since you haven't been there in years it should let you know everything you need to know.

I can't go back to that club because I was banned off of their property years ago over an incident that I did over there that crossed a line that they don't like. They don't want me in their club at all. Someday I'm going to sue the club over their decision to refuse service to me. That's the reason why I was asking what all the changes were made to the VIP Rooms is because I can't go back to that club.

It’s been a long time since I read the article about a law suit..a google search should serve you well. I think at the time it said the vip rooms were going to be behind transparent instead of opaque glass? Not completely sure though.

Anyways, it it was that long ago there would probably be no issues going back. But since you seem to dislike the place. I’m not sure why you even want to.

But either way, welcome to the site and feel free to let out all the dish of what’s wrong with the club. I like reading about grievances. There is somebody I know who doesn’t like Baby Dolls Dallas and somebody else who doesn’t like the 2001 Odyssey in Tampa. 🥂

I used to love The Cheetah and I used to frequent that club. But since they banned me off of their property I have a vendetta against them. That's why I'm going to sue them is because of them making a decision to not want me in their club. I tried to persuade them to reinstate me and they gave me a very hard no. The manager that I talked to told me that he won't reinstate me because once they make a decision to ban somebody off of their property that it's permanent. So I'm going to sue the club and have those people taken to court to despute their decision to not want me in their club.

What did you do that got you banned? And what make you think they didn't have the right to ban you?

Well it's a long story for me to explain it. There was a dancer that I tried to get to go to the VIP Room with me that turned down my invitation to the VIP because she had another customer that she was attending to in the VIP Room. So I got mad because she didn't let me go to the VIP Room with her and made her leave her customer that she was attending to in the VIP Room. And then I sat in the club waiting for her and I saw her attending to other customers and then I walked over to her and made her feel uncomfortable and made her customers feel uncomfortable. Her customers said that I acting like as if I was her bodyguard the way that I was standing there making them feel uncomfortable. I then got so mad that I walked up to that dancer and yelled at her and intimated her that she scared look on her face. The bouncers then said that what I did was uncalled for and it crossed a line that they didn't like and they kicked me out of the club and banned me from coming back that since then I have been no longer welcome in the club. I tried apologizing to them for what I did and I tried telling them that I was sorry for what I have done and promised them that if they could allow me back in their club that I was going be on my best behavior and not cause them any more trouble but they ignored all that and they didn't listen to anything that I tried to tell them when I tried to persuade them to reinstate me and told me that they banned me off of their property and that once a decision is made to ban somebody off of their property that means that it's forever. So I have had a huge issue with them not wanting me in their club for years and I have had a huge issue with them not wanting me in their club and not wanting to listen to me trying to apologize to them for what I did and trying to express how sorry I am for what I did. I have a huge issue with them ignoring my apologies and ignoring my promises that if they could allow me back in their club that I won't cause them any more trouble. And I have huge issue with their decision to ban me to be forever like as if they think that I haven't learned my lesson from the mistake that I made. So all this is why I want to file a lawsuit against them and have them sued to court is so that I dispute that decision that they made to not want me in their club and show them that I don't agree with their decision when I sue them to court. And I am going to file that lawsuit against them to try to get that show them that I have a problem with them not wanting me in their club and to show them that I don't agree with their decision to ban me off of their property.

^ Sounds to me like they are within their rights and you screwed up with your own behavior, they are a private business and they do have the right to refuse service for anyone as long as they don't refuse service for a protected class or group (sex, race, religion, etc.). Sorry buddy better for you to just write it off, my best guess is that you probably couldn't get a lawyer to take this case, and if you were able to get a case filed they could probably bet it thrown out of court for cause.

Sounds to me like they were justified in banning you. If you file a lawsuit, you will most likely lose, if not end paying The Cheetah's attorney's fees and costs. And I don't see how changes that may or may not have been made to the VIP rooms would have anything to do with it.

But I am begging for somebody to tell me that has been to The Cheetah recently all the thorough details of what changes were made to the VIP Rooms at the Cheetah after their dancers sued them. All I know was that they changed the glass of the VIP Rooms in the lofts from a frosted glass to a transparent glass because that's what I read on the AJC website when I did a google search but I don't know any further details than that and that's what I'm asking somebody to fill me in on some very thorough details of all the changes made to those VIP Rooms. I am wanting to know that because I can't go back there to find out for myself what they did to alter the VIP as a result of that lawsuit.

sounds like you didn't learn your lesson.

" I have a huge issue with them ignoring my apologies and ignoring my promises that if they could allow me back in their club that I won't cause them any more trouble. And I have huge issue with their decision to ban me to be forever like as if they think that I haven't learned my lesson from the mistake that I made."

seems like you want to force them to listen to your apology. force them into letting you in the club.

sad news for you. the strip club business is a lot more strict than regular nightclubs.

your actions have labeled you as a troublemaker, and they need to protect themselves (especially the girls) from people like you.

what monetary 'damages' will you be filing in your lawsuit?

if i came to your place of work, hung around and made people feel uncomfortable (your words), wouldn't your boss be within his rights to ask me to leave?

if you go near their property, they will have you arrested for trespassing, and you'll spend the night in jail.

just drop it. who gives a shit what they did to their VIPs? why should you care? you're not allowed on their property.

Why do you even care, why keep thinking about this club? I’m sure the dancers are relieved that you can’t come back there. If you wouldn’t leave me alone, aside from the getting in her face and yelling (??) there is NO WAY I would want to be alone with you. What in the world.

That you are even asking about it says to me that you’re considering going back there and that is stalkerish, predatory behavior. JoeWebber had the best advice ever. A normal person would just move on. There are 99 other options in that city alone.

I just called the night time manager, who is an old friend of mine from his times in California. He told me the latest change was to install a new switch in each VIP booth. The switch needs to be set to "ON" before any VIP dance can start. When the switch is set to on, the booth lights dim and the music starts. To set the switch to ON the customer must insert his dick into a receptacle. If the dick is less than 5 inches long, the switch stays off. It has to be a real dick, as the mechanism measures temp, blood pressure and moisture levels and any non-biological item inserted will not work.

So, I guess that means your permanent ban is now mechanically enforced - unless you get some seriously exotic surgery, Shorty...

Now it is somewhat possible that I am just making this up.... But the only way to know for sure is to whip it out and stick it in... :p

The $35 million deal fell through when the owner died and the trustees that took over decided to not sell it. Instead raised dance prices.

Warrior: There was a deal in the works last year, but it fell through. According to a dancer I talked to during a recent visit, there are no more deals in the works.

When I first went to the club, it was still at its old location on 8th Street.

There may have been some exceptions over the years but I’ve never known the Cheetsh VIP as being high mileage. There are other clubs you can try. Word of advice though. Strip clubs are not like ordering food at a restaurant. Strippers don’t have to dance for you or they can choose another customer. If for whatever reason they avoid you then you’ would probably be happier with someone else any way. It sounds like the OP screwed up and needs to move on.

What kind of worthless fucker tries to intimidate a dancer into VIP? I'm glad they banned your sorry ass.

I hope you do bring your frivolous lawsuit so that you can be on the hook for the club's legal fees. I also hope every other club in town gets your name from the court records and bans you from their clubs as well.

I feel for the OP. It must be difficult to want to be rick but to be unable to be rick.

You see, a rick wouldn’t need to “intimate” a dancer. We charm dancers and we are able to intimidate bouncer, if it is necessary. However, our natural rick charm leads us to grease bouncers and stroke managers. Or maybe that is the other way around. Regardless, never let your anger get the better of you, unless you are prepared to go full on wildebeest.

So sayeth the lion. ROAR!!!

Let me ask you guys this. Why is the club not willing to listen to my apologies? Why did they cut me off like they don’t want to hear my apologies when I tried to apologize to them? Why does apologizing to them not make them change their minds about not wanting me in their club? Why are they not willing to forgive me when I begged them for forgiveness and expressed remorse for my actions in their club when I wrote them those letters apologizing to them for the trouble that I caused in their club that night?

Imcall, I suggest you try an experiment. Go to all of the other strip clubs in Atlanta and act the same way. If they’re cool with it then Cheetah is the asshole. If they also throw you out and ban you then that is evidence that you’re the asshole.

Remember, the rule is that you need to antagonize bouncers in a manner that is positively correlated with their size. In other word, if the bouncer is big you’ve got to really antagonize him. Really get up in his face. Call him a frickin’ wildebeest.

Report back to us on the progress of your experiment.

Yes they had me arrested there before when I tried to conceal my identity with a mask and fake ID and I took my mask off in the VIP Room to a dancer trying to get her to help me to get reinstated over there and she went to management and told on me and they called the police on me and I got busted for trying to conceal my identity with a mask and fake ID and got put in jail and they even filed a trespassing warrant with the police to have me arrested for trespassing if they ever catch me on their property again.

Just got back from Cheetah Club in Atl. New VIP is unbelievable, nicest one I have seen. Had to sign a non disclosure that I wouldn’t describe the changes but they are awesome. I asked the manager how they could afford such opulence and comfort and he said it was money they got from frivolous lawsuits filed by pissed off customers.

Definitely worth the money to treat yourself. Pretty much fantasy island meets the playboy mansion

Imcall, was the mask incident pre-covid or post-covid?

I’m just wondering how normal mask wearing was at the time and I’m picturing you in one of those masks that old man Jenkins would wear in the old Scooby Doo episodes. If you tried the old man Jenkins shit I have to give you props for being daring.

And, presumably, some criticism for being foiled by those meddling kids and their dog. Scooby Dooby ROAR!!!

It was a silicon prosthetic mask that looked like a face that I was using to try to deceive security into allowing me back in that club with that disguise. And this happened pre COVID that I tried to conceal my identity with a mask and fake ID. The fake ID was even a picture of me wearing a mask. They thought that I was either a burned victim or war veteran when I tried to conceal my identity and deceive them into allowing me back in their club with that disguise. The only reason why they found out my true identity underneath that disguise and the only reason why I got caught was because I took my mask off in the VIP Room to one of their dancers thinking that she was going to be on my side and I thought that she was going to try to pursuade them to reinstate me but in the end that plan backfired because she told them who I was underneath that disguise and they called the police on me and I was put in jail and they filed a trespassing warrant against me that night that they called the police on me. But to answer your question that was pre COVID when wearing a mask was not considered normal at that time and the mask that I was wearing covered my whole face because that was a big prosthetic mask that looked like a face so that I could deceive them into thinking that I was a different person.

"silicon prosthetic mask that looked like a face" now I know this is a troll and most likely either a teenager or mentally challenged adult that believes movies like Mrs. Doubtfire and Mission Impossible.

If it were true I would just love to see the news coverage of a person so stupid that not only did he have to intimidate multiple people in an attempt to pay a stripper to go to VIP with him, but then spent money on a prosthetic mask and committed a felony by presenting a fake id at an adult business that serves alcohol in an attempt to be allowed back into the business that banned him.

Why are you so certain this didn’t happen? Imcall could be conveying the truth as he perceives it.

Want to get to the truth? Hold my beer...

So Imcall, I have to tell you that some TUSCL posters find your story implausible. However, I think I know what happened. I think you were confused and you weren’t actually at the Cheetah.

Answer these questions: Was the manager wearing an ascot? Was the bouncer a beatnik guy that went by the name of Shaggy? And did he have a talking Great Dane as a helper?

Also, was the dancer you intimidated named Daphne or Velma? I totally buy Velma being confused by the mask. She’s smart but she is always losing her glasses.
