I don't quite understand the scenario you're worried about, "if LEO is there", "if LEO is present". How is LEO there? Are you thinking it's an undercover stripper trying to bust PLs? Are you thinking there's a LEO across the club who can somehow hear your conversation? Has LEO bugged the champagne room and can hear your conversation?

The answer is so simple. Once you've got a nice front room makeout session going, there really isn't much to talk about, except maybe for the money.
I learned this in AMPs. You don't want to try and purchase anything from the girl, and you don't want her to have to solicit you.

Rick - I was gonna say the same thing. Unless the raid is to go after customers (which I've heard of for escorts but not in SCs), the dudes are usually just asked to leave.

rickdugan - Yes. I was in the Memphis Platinum Plus during a vice raid. They went into the back room and gave out citations to every dancer and customer back there. About 50 total.

I was thinking as Rick - in all my years on TUSCL I've never heard of a PL saying he got busted by LE in the club - the possibility is so remote that the chances of getting ROBed bc one is careful and coy are way way higher
I club in bumfuck Missouri got raided cause a dancer got mad at another dancer, told the cops the other dancer was a prostitute. When the cop was raided like 6 dances and 2 or 3 customers were charged. Tge club tried to reopen but only a few dancers would come back and no customers did, closed after a week or two.

In a sting undercover operation unless they have a wire or the place is bugged with cameras and microphones, it is a she said he said situation, the LEO world vs the OP word.
If your ever end up in that kind of situation; if it is a police sting, just keep your mouth closed and ask to talk to an attorney, say nothing else but attorney, attorney, attorney, it doesn’t matter what they are asking you or telling you.
90% of people in jail, (even the innocent) are there because they didn’t know how to keep their mouth closed.
Remember “anything you said, once you are detained or arrested, can and WILL BE USED AGAIN YOU IN A COURT OF LAW”.
Any good lawyer can get that kind of misdemeanor changes completely dismissed,

Being serious, a LEO wouldn't act much different than a ROB and both would promise the world to you if you take her to VIP while also brushing your hands away from her breasts and genitals. If you can get your hands on her fun bits, you have an entrapment defense if you get busted.
I don't normally ask for extras but if the dancer makes an offer first, I've been known to counter with asking if she is LEO or with the Liquor Board. If she replies no, then I figure we're OK to move on.

Yeah, it would be interesting to hear more details. An undercover female officer, in a club that's nude or even topless, and contact occurs during lapdances? I don't believe there is such a thing; for such a minor offense, the department would ask an officer to go nude and let PLs feel her up, for the chance that at some point, one guy might solicit her and she can nail him on a very minor misdemeanor/infraction?... does the link which claims this happened have any more details? Way back in the day (late 80s, early 90s) when I solicited street hookers, before discussing any act or money, I would ask them to grab my crotch through my jeans and allow me to fondle their tits through their tops, figuring if they were LE they would not allow this. I would always ask to grope, not assume it's OK and run into an assault charge.
