I've noticed over the past few months that it is more and more difficult for me to finish ITC/OTC with a dancer. Last night I was with a fave for an hour in a room, had a blast but didn't finish. 3rd time that's happened to me in the last month and a 1/2. I don't date so it's been a while since I've had civilian sex. And at the age of 54, I'm not sure how much that has to do with this either. Thoughts anyone? To be honest, the ladies seem to enjoy the extended time, and so do I.

I'm nowhere near 54. I find it damn near impossible to finish in a club, unless I'm totally inebriated which I hardly ever am.
sex in the club it's just not comfortable enough to finish in for me. But I'm pretty physically active sexually which is probably why.
I would get your testosterone checked. I am on the low side of normal and my urologist recommends that I do not get any therapy unless absolutely necessary. The side effects can be worse than the positive ones.
If it’s not drugs then I would talk to a doctor. Testosterone will no doubt be one of the things to check.
A doctor can tell you if your plumbing is working properly - to get the load out. If your plumbing is all good - then it could be an emotional or mental issue causing it.
Itc can be a challenge - if there is minimal privacy and you aren’t comfortable in that environment. Otc should allow you to relax more.
Knowing this (and all the other details you posted), I'd say that your issue is probably more mental / emotional than physical. Not uncommon and it can be worked out. But probably not here.

Also, are you referring to just getting high mileage dances or bj/fs? If it is just high mileage dances it could be that you aren't as excited by them as you were in the past.
If you're getting a bj/fs experience and nothing is physically wrong ask yourself if you are more stressed than normal. I know that a few years ago when I was going through a career change I was extremely stressed and I found it harder to finish. The ironic thing was that I was going to clubs and seeing dancers otc more often to help relieve the stress but found that faiiling to finish just added more stress.
