  I think theyre made. Or environmental factors play a huge part. (Porn, no father figure, hoe ass mom,etc...)

  I think its a combination of both.
  
  I had a girlfriend who was not a fan of giving blowjobs but she was really good at it. She didn't know this, but she could have gotten me to do just about anything for one of her blowjobs. She falls into category 2.
  
  My ATF wasn't my ATF because of her blowjob skills. She was not very good at it. Very mechanical and toothy. She also falls into category 2.

  IME cat-1s are the exception (with the caveat that perhaps I've not gotten my dick sucked as much as those SCers whose main if not sole purpose is extras, which is not the case for me - I kinda do extras on the spur of the PL-moment vs it being my sole or primary reason for the SC visit) - and I also feel I could not truly gauge a good dick sucking if it's covered.
  
  Most of my BBBJs have been "yeah that's pretty-good" - but for me a cat-1 makes me feel like "yeah that is what a BBBJ should be like" and I don't want her to stop even if it means delaying intercourse b/c of how much I'm enjoying the BBBJ.

  I don't know. Some of the girls who enjoyed providing BJ's for me clearly enjoyed doing so, but most of them were also far from 10's. They probably had to try harder. I would say most of them are made.

  IMO, one of the differences between a 1 and a 2 is the amount of time and effort she's willing to put into it. If it takes too much time, a 2 will give up. But a 1 really wants that creamy treat at the center of the Jocsie Pop and will keep at it until she gets it.

  I think a girl has got to have the right temperament for it. So you could say they are born.

  I've had my dick sucked by a lot of civvy women, and I would say it's a mix of both.
