I've been going to clubs in my area for years, but up until recently things have always been pretty tame. You buy a girl a drink, chat for a few minutes, find some comfy secluded place for a couple dances, tip the girl well and be on your way. Some dancers were more enthusiastic than others, but I had never actually witnessed or received any "extras" (though a few not-so-subtle hints had been dropped by a few girls and came with hefty price tags). I am there for the company - I like hanging out with girls that have pretty much no inhibitions and will talk freely about anything. Don't get me wrong, I like the tits and ass too, but the reason I keep coming back to my fav club is because it isn't just about tits and ass. When I visit other places where it's all about the hustle, I don't stick around or come back.
A few weeks back, this dancer who I had never seen (and haven't seen since) was giving me a steamy dance when she started some LFK outta no where. It was obviously unexpected, but not at all unwelcome and I found it to be much more appealing than I had imagined. As I was leaving, I decided that if I came back and this girl was still around, then she was going to be my top pick. No such luck.
I wrote this off as a one time deal. It had never happened in the 10 years I had been hitting up clubs (probably b/c I was never really interested in asking for it), and it probably wouldn't happen again.
Then, a couple weeks later I'm getting a dance from another girl and get another surprise LFK. I was a bit more tipsy that night and this girl was considerably more attractive than the last, so I let the girl know I wanted her to continue and we proceeded to some DFK for a bit. She got real skiddish when someone walked around the corner and could see us, so things screeched to a halt. This girl will definitely be getting my attention any time she is around.
But the trend continued. Last week, I was getting a steamy dance from yet another girl (who is awesome), and once again got some LFK. It was nice, so I let her know that I liked it. Then, she said she had to be careful because she was pretty sure she would get in a lot of trouble if she got caught because it is "probably illegal."
This sent me off on a hunt for answers. Is LFK/DFK illegal? From what I can tell, it isn't around here. Every legal definition I can find in no way covers this particular activity. The definitions of prostitution and sodomy are pretty narrow. Lewd public conduct is about the closest I can find, but I think that rolling a naked girl's nipple between your fingers while she grinds her crotch against yours probably far exceeds LFK/DFK, plus I tend to go to "private" clubs and use private VIP rooms (so it isn't public). Anyone have any thoughts on that?

DFK is what it is all about. It's how you get the girl to open up to you. Front room is best as you haven't committed to anything. So play with her in the front room, until you really need the back room. You can still feed her money, and it should be better as their is no house cut.

Play in the front room, until you need the back room, like when your pants are to come down.

Letting girls "sell dances" to you is a chumps game!

You need to search around here a little more. Guys are getting a lot more than "kisses" around here.

In every club I've been to here, kissing is against club rules, and the clubs take disciplinary action against it. Also, this is one thing the girls DEFINITELY turn each other in for, they are snitching like crazy. Obviously, no big deal in a sealed off private booth, but in a semi-private VIP room, I'd say when another couple walks in the room, she'll instantly stop kissing, whereas if she was stick-shifting me she might keep doing it if she could shield it with her body.

MANY,,, years ago, at a topless club off post a dollar tip got a kiss , plain and simple. Anywhere from a LFC to DFC. Then one day it all stopped. Girls said the health dept cracked down on it and that was the end of that.

The clubs I go to are in Kansas. Generally, the house rules are: 1) you can touch anything that isn't covered, and 2) keep your mouth off the girls. There is also the implied rule that if a girl says "no," then you better stop or you'll get your ass kicked before they throw you out of the club.

At my fav club, I know the girls are regularly lectured about prostitution, and what amounts to prostitution is posted on the wall in their dressing rooms. There are two clubs in the area with a rep for allowing everything up to and including FS ITC, but I haven't been to them (for other reasons). The rest of the clubs, including my fav, have a rep for not allowing much of anything.

Of course, I know FS OTC is happening even at my fav b/c girls are regularly getting fired for it when they get caught.

I guess my question is that if it isn't illegal, why prohibit it? Let the girls make the call and/or monetize it like the clubs do with bikini/topless/nude dances at different VIP levels. That is also why I'm wondering if it is legal to begin with.

And yeah, I know the whole "between consenting adults" argument, but if it is illegal, there is still a chance you can get fucked over.

I have been going to one club for years and just recently had one of my favs start to LFK that turned into DFK on the second occasion. She was real nervous about it even though she initiated it saying that it was illegal. I kind of laughed considering what we do the rest of the time. I don't get what the issue is.

The only place where I regularly encounter LFK or DFK is the VIP room at a particular club in Indianapolis, where it has happened to me many times in the past couple of years -- and has culminated in BBBJCIM on several occasions! I'm a fan! I can't imagine that it's illegal, though it may be against some clubs' rules.

Depends on the state, county, and town.
Depends on the club.
Depends on the dancer.

More often than not, it's discouraged at some level. But I haven't been in a club yet where the rules are not bent, broken, or obliterated at some point.

Best to do it in the front room, that way you can lead it. You can still feed her money, but it just makes it more civilian, helps both parties open up.

Now where I am the strip clubs are no touching. But sometimes when a girl is trying to set up same night OTC, she still will start DFKing.

And then in the underground table dancing circuit which ran in Mexican bars, it was done, along with open tongue kissing. As that is supposed to be prohibited, it is done when they are trying to set up same night OTC. The Latinas start it off by getting an arm around you and nuzzling.

And then in AMPs, that is not supposedly on the menu, but if approached right the girls often just yield and it happens. And then from then on what ensues is phenomenal.

On Black Strip Clubs . Net there were innumerable reviews of places where the black girls just climb onto your lap and start licking your neck and nibbling on your ear, defying you to start making out with them. Then you can take them to the back room. In some places they don't even bother with a back room. Safer for the management that way. So they just finish what they've started on couches in darkened corners. Probably no house cut in those places.

And then TUSCL members have affirmed that in the mixed race dives, they all do it that way.

And then we have the accounts of Tijuana's Hong Kong Bar. The girls give you very little choice in the matter.

This is not an ideal being sought, this is an already existing Gold Standard. You just have to treat the girls in a civilian manner and look for anything goes venues.

I doubt it's illegal, but those kinda details change from state to state, and maybe different counties and cities in the states.
Most clubs probably have it against the rules. Of course a lot of strippers aren't very good at following rules.
I've had a couple girls do this. And, I LIKE IT. But I understand the reluctance, especially if guys start expecting it, issues with bad breath, cold, flu, mono... Probably more diseases spread kissing than fucking (the ones spread kissing are just less likely to last). In my experience, it's easier to get them to fuck than kiss (more than a quick peck).

in my estimation, most dancers don't do LFK/DFK. but i'm curious as to what the rest of you think, as far as how common this is

it's only happened to me twice. it was great. wish more dancers did it.

For some it is a standard practice. No front room DFKing, no nothing else. Its simply a matter of wanting to deal with the girl in a civilian manner, rather than just letting her sell you services.

While that won't work at the no touching clubs near me, it does to a large degree work in AMPs. I always treat the experience like a first date.

A lot of it I think is just how you approach the girls. And we know that in the most extreme strip clubs, that it is common and probably standard practice.

Pecks on the lips are not too uncommon but not necessarily the norm either – DFK can happen but probably rarer than FS (in clubs where extras happen).

SCs being sex businesses perhaps their could be ordnances against kissing since bodily fluids are being exchanged,

It'd be cool if some dancers chimed-in w/ their experience as to whether they've been told kissing is against a local ordinance or whether certain clubs outright tell them it's against the rules.

There are people who would want to make most anything illegal.

Remember, not illegal to kiss a girl out on the sidewalk in front of the club. So don't let them say it is illegal inside the club.

How laws are interpreted always comes down to what can practically be enforced.

Anyone charged with a crime in the US is entitled to a jury trial.

Clubs can make rules but they cannot legislate laws. If the say no kissing in the club ......what's next? No looking.......are they going to issue blindfolds as we go in the door and lead us over to the stage by the hand ? Come on guys just because you aren't getting kissed doesn't mean it isn't happening. I kiss every girl I like and she likes it and kisses back. I was just in a DFK session in a club last night. She sat on my lap and we kissed for several minutes and then headed to the back room and continued the kissing (and more of course). I guess I would want to make anything illegal too IF I WASN'T GETTING ANY.

I wouldn't think it would be illegal, but most clubs I've been to have kissing as against the rules. I know a few where it's not and those are the fun clubs, but sometimes, you don't want to kiss at those places.
