What if you wear a white three piece polyester suit and run RickyBoy's The System?

All I got from that article is that there will be a new strip club in Battle Creek. Kind of a grotty town but if they do it right there aren't many competitors in that area.

I'd buy a dance or two from Jennifer, but Joyce, no way!

Now maybe JohnSmith69 might like the redhead Joyce and can get her as the new DS.

I can bet Joyce would charge less than the ole DS

Doing the math, they claim the average number of dancers per club is 131. I don't think so.

Why am I not surprised that article is written by a couple of women?

They probably post on SW all the time too...

The statistics the author quoted cited no studies or facts upon to substantiate her claims. 60-90% of strippers were sexually abused and just because she wrote it in the article we are supposed to believe it? Terrible journalism to the yellowth degree. Her other statistics have no credible backing either.

Actually all the stats mentioned add up to considerably more than %100. Even allowing for some overlap in stripper backgrounds. I agree that this is unfounded and speculative. Good for Battle Creek though, they haven't been busy since the sanitorium closed. There is a big veterans hospital there and a National Guard base so there should be some business. When I was stationed there during the First Gulf War there weren't many options.

The part about some of them getting stalked is true and disturbing. Even I'm not that big of a PL

Very poorly written article. It's slanted to make the reader believe that strip clubs are the cause of all the issues cited.

Do strip clubs cause women to become drug abusers?

There's a large casino near Battle Creek. So it's OK for the family bread winner to head to the casino on Friday night and blow the paycheck but it's wrong for a single mom to try and give hers kids a decent standard of living instead of making $7.75 at Wal Mart?

Yeah, I agree with everyone that article is a bullshit. It's really a pity that so many people view strip-club custies as pervs, creeps, etc etc. However, I don't mind stigma against strippers, if it wasn't for that, we would make shit money.

If it weren't for strip clubs these women who are so messed up couldn't find a job. Chicken or egg? Did all these negative attribute manifest themselves because the girl became a stripper, or did the women with these attributes become strippers because that is the best career path for someone as fucked up as they are. The writer of this article is probably jealous that someone with no education can makes 2 or 3 times what she does.
    @ ATACdawg: LOL .

Lol I never professed to being a gentleman. Nor a gentlewoman for that matter.

The 2 broads who "authored" that hot mess of an article are probably failed strippers.

"One study found that 35 percent of strippers have multiple personality disorder, 55 percent had borderline personality disorder, and 60 percent had major depressive episodes."

I would've thought those numbers would've been higher.

Typically of the "strippers are the real PLs" propaganda, they throw out a bunch of stats, but don't say where they came from.

My guess is the GP suffers a lot of this stuff too. Anyone check out politicians? Civvies chicks get stalked too. (Raises hand) I don't know how many of our girls have had issues, I can think of one. The rest were pretty smart, fun, or fantastic liars. Like the GP
