Let's say you were offered back all the money you've ever spent in a strip club, on the condition that you will never set foot in a strip club again.
Would you take the deal?
It's tough for me, but I think I've probably spent at least 25 grand (very rough estimate) in the strip club. However, strip clubs are my passion, so I don't think I would take the deal.

It's still very tough for me, because I'm still young enough to hit up nightclubs and bars, so I could do that instead of strip clubs, and I think I've spent a lot in the strip clubs, but I imagine it's nowhere close to what some of you have spent.

I've probably spent $30k in the last two years. I would take it back because my civvie games is so much stronger now, I probably don't need strip clubs like I used to.

At 64 I think I would take the deal. Although I have never done escorts, that would become an option. Also, with the exception of Follies and a few other clubs, a lot of the clubs I used to enjoy (Nashville and North Carolina) no longer offer the same mileage as they used to.

No – I would not take the deal – SCs are unique and thus why we keep going back – there have always been other options yet many on this board choose SCs – hell; you can stop now and save a whole bunch of future $$$ but most of us don't stop going even if we want to or think we should.
As long as there are SCs that offer good-value; I will want to visit – what would get me to stop is poor-value/not-getting-my-money's-worth.

Jack, you could always open a BYOB members-only club (the members being select TUSCLers) that offers massage and car wash services. The women you'd hire wouldn't be dancers -- they'd be hostesses, entertainers, and servers -- who'd host, entertain, and serve the guests in various reserved rooms.

20 years of strip clubbing would be way into six figures. But no I would not take the deal. Sure I've got lots of OTC action going on now to keep me happy, but they don't last forever and then what would I do? I know there are other ways to secure sex from young women but strip clubs are what I know. It's what I'm good at. It's what I love. Money does me no good if I can't spend it freely on the things I choose.
Ranukam, since you have explicitly excluded OTC money spent on strippers, my answer is no. If you added that back then the analysis would be a bit tougher for me. Close to 50% of my stripper-related spending in any given year is on OTC activities and there are some years where it went well north of that.
If I was offered the deal that I would never set foot in a particular strip club again such as Godivas? Deal. Hell yeah. I'd take that deal. I'd just visit a different strip club.
