ATF alternates between covered and bareback FS

I've seen plenty of discussions on here about everyone's thoughts on covered vs bareback extras. I have been seeing my ATF very regularly for several months and the extras gradually increased and just recently turned into FS.
The first time I got FS with her was ITC. Before we started she asked if I had a condom and I put one on. I had no problem with the condom and figured that the majority of dancers would require a condom and I actually wanted to wear one too.
The next time I saw her was OTC at her place. she gave a great GFE (cuddling while we watched tv and lots of kissing). After a few minutes I guided her to set on top of me while we were kissing (at this point We were both still wearing pants). After a minute she got on the floor and started giving me a BBBJ. After a couple minutes she took her pants on and got back on top of me. I was expecting her to ask me if I had a condom but the next thing I knew she just reached down and slide my dick right in bareback. I asked her if I should be wearing a condom and she said something like "if you want" but she just kept going. At that point I figured I was already in so I mid as well just keep going. So on our next OTC encounter I figured it would be more BBFS but I still brought condoms just in case. This time after we were kissing for a few minutes she asked if I had a condom and then asked me to put it on.
This confused me a little. I know just because a dancer does something once doesn't mean I should expect it every time, but why would she go from covered to bareback and back to covered in three separate visits?
This dancer isn't your typical dancer, she's in her thirties and has a few kids. She drinks but doesn't do any drugs (and she wasn't drunk during any of these visits).
Anyone else ever had a dancer that alternates like this?
