They have to be at least semi-famous, models, actresses, pornstars, singers etc. This is not a lifetime achievement award, they have to be hot in your right now, not 20 years ago.

Molly Qerim is pretty high on my list. She is a host of the morning show on NFL network. I don't know how any of those guys can concentrate with her dressed like that! You can bet at least two of those guys on set tried to get with her.
