My favorite car? Of the cars I have owned, my current ride, a 2006 Charger with a 5.7 Hemi is my favorite. Decent mileage, uses mi-grade gas and goes like a scalded cat.
Second: my 1989 Dodge Spirit ES with the 2.5 Turbo and 5 on the floor. At 2975 pounds, that little car was a rocket.
@ATACdawg: If you like small light cars, my 1972 Lotus Europa is amazing. 1600 pounds stock, with a DOHC 4 banger that I have tweaked to 120 HP. It's the ultimate autocross car...as long as the straightaways aren't too long!
It won't fit a golf bag, even in the passenger seat, but a two ball bowling bag fits easily in the trunk. In fact, between the deep trunk and the bonnet compartment it holds a surprising amount of stuff! Yeah, it's a fun car to toss around the twisties!
The new 2014 mustang Shelby GT 500.....now that thing would be fun to drive!! I have driven a 2012 Shelby GT 500 and that was awesome....now add more horse power... FUCK YEAH!!!
77 AMC Gremlin. Those bad boys looked like shuttle pods from the USS Cool-ship.
Plus, nobody ever steals an AMC. You can leave that bad boy parked with the keys in the ignition, the engine running, and the driver's side door open for an hour or two. Still there when you return.
skibum609 - my son owns a WRX-STI, about the same year as yours. He spent $9,000 upgrading it to 450hp. I'm happy with my 2011 Mustang GT with 420HP. He was impressed with it.
If I had my choice, with no financial restraint, I'd purchase the newest Tesla Model S, which will advance from 0-60 in 2.4 seconds. This will leave any cats, scalded or not, far back in the dust, wondering what hit them

Either the 6.6L in black with the T-tops and eagle on the hood
or
the 4.9L turbo in white
that was a sexy sports car IMO and why I loved the movie “Smoky and the Banditâ€
No contest.
The original or the revival?
Actually, I was thinking about the 70s revival of the Stutz.
My favorite car is a Bugsmobile.
RIP good man. You have returned to the STARDUST!!!
