Could you marry/be in a serious relationship with a stripper?

Sunday, December 29, 2013 6:03 PM
I don't think I could. I know that I have probably touched and sucked on and been touched and sucked by the girlfriends and wives of quite a few other men, but I just couldn't stand it if things were reversed and another man was touching and sucking on or even gazing at the naked body of my girlfriend or wife! When it comes to girlfriends (haven't had a wife yet), I am very selfish! No man should see her naked but me! If I got romantically involved with a stripper, I would have to ask her to get another job or I couldn't stay with her. And once I marry I plan to quit the strip club scene all together. After all, a man playing with and sucking a pair of tits that aren't his wives' is likely doing something the wife wouldn't approve of!

Sure, it's easy. Once she started bringing home some serious coin every night, I quit my job. You learn to block it out.

I could never live off a woman. That would make me feel like a shamed gigolo. But that's just me...not trying to instigate.

Definitely wouldn't marry a stripper. But as for not going to strip clubs after you get married, good luck. I believe titty bars were invented to help us married guys maintain our sanity.

I have made my own way through life since I was 15. If I could find a woman willing to carry me forward, I would happily give her a shot at it - stripper or not.

Ive been dating one now for 8 months. She quit dancing after we dated for 3 months. She has rarely asked me for money. Now that the early excitement has warn off we are finally learning each other. Some of her life stories are pretty fucked up. I am able to leave her past in the past. I hope that she will be able to do the same.

I imagine many of the guys who do get in relationships don't take it too seriously. That would explain how so many strippers have kids and then the boyfriend leaves.

Kindof a trick question for me. I never personally experienced the connection between love and sex, doubt that I can. Big problem for achieving our culture's ideal marriage. I don't think well of people who don't get their (raincoated) freak on whenever the urge strikes them. They are either posers or chickenshit or both. So, I like the typed of chick that chickenshit guys call a slut or a whore. My issue with stripping is that it's a sales job (selling dances). Sales jobs attract manipulative people, and they generally cause people who stay in them long term to become more and more manipulative. Many strippers do draw a line as to how manipulative they will be in order to make more $$$. But I've only known one stripper who had the level of empathy that I would look for in a wife. Then again, lack of empathy and posing are the two things that make the human race in general a POS.

I won't marry again stripper or otherwise. But if I were not of that mindset, I would not marry a woman who was stripping.

My CF is now engaged, and so it seems her fiancé feels OK about marrying a stripper. But will she keep sucking and fucking me after she's married? She told me she was going to give up dancing. Why don't strippers and their fiancés have more consideration for others? And why do these things always happen to me?

Y'all realize that there are some strippers that do not have a menu. To say that you would not have a relationship with a girl just because she has been a dancer or with other guys is a double standard. I have "known" civilians that are as promiscuous as many dancers. (that is to say you buy them dinner and a show they 'give' it to you) Would you date them?? Would you marry a girl who fucks on the first date? I knew a girl in college that would regularly fuck 2 or 3 guys on a Saturday night out partying. Getting into a serious relationship with a dancer would be a problem for me not because of the dancing it is because most dancers have serious issues I likely am not equipped to deal with. Beside I'm an old, set in my ways, can only stand people invading my space for brief periods, and I do not play well with others.

I'd marry my ATF if I was her type, but I know I'm nowhere near her type. We are friends and know each other fairly well, but her boyfriends are nothing like me at all, at least the two I know, and so I hold no illusions we'll ever go beyond the ITC business arrangement and OTC casual friends.

Marry, not likely at my age. Serious relationship? That opens a wide spectrum of possibilities. If you mean like pre-marriage, not likely. But I had a serious relationship with my ATF. Wish I'd not F'ed it up.

The chances I could find a stripper who skied, golfed, hiked and knew fine wines being zero I would say never.

Kind of a hypocritical position, don't you think? It's ok for you to do something you wouldn't let someone else do.

@skibum609: Now you know why some men are gay. Easier to find common interests! @georgemicrodong: Well, my ATF likes girls too, but she doesn't do threesomes but I'm fine with that. As for other guys, it would go with the territory so I'd be fine, as long as we had what we had.

I've dated a few strippers. That was a fun rollercoaster ride. Exactly once, I contemplated taking it more serious, but I definitely could not handle her being a stripper once we'd taken that step. I would have supported her during her transition out of the business, if we'd decided to get more serious ... we decided not to, which I now thank my lucky stars for!

@ski I've known a few who would fit your bill. If a woman in her 20s has had the chance to regularly ski, golf and sample fine wines, there's a very good chance she's either a stripper, a very high-fee escort, the sugar baby of somebody rich, or a trophy wife.

Someone else's trophy wife is the best! They are educated, beautiful, hot in the sack and go home when you're done. I wish they were easier to meet!

Moot Question. I would never marry again at this stage of life. I do prefer sugar dating especially with strippers.

Nah, and wouldn't want too. Too much drama amongst the long list of other potential problems that would come with dating a stripper.

I could if she was in school and/or had a plan to get out of stripping in the future.

To answer your question-NO!! Coming from a recent break up with having a serious relationship with a stripper, I’m recovering from what only came from hell, this woman had some major issues no human person could handle- lying, cheating, drunk, drugs, abuse etc. Stay clear my friend unless you want to be burnt and be psychological damaged yourself. Big Warning Sign she is a Stripper!! Good luck and takecare

At this point, I doubt I could marry/be in a serious relationship with any woman, stripper or not.

To answer the actual question: Yes, if she met the same criteria that any other woman would have to meet in order to be considered relationship material. Mind you, that set of criteria isn't very well defined, but the point is, the fact that she's a stripper isn't an automatic disqualification.

ilbbaicnl: Your first post in this thread is one of the most thought-out analyses of salespeople and the human psyche about sex and love I've seen succinctly written. Glad someone sees it like I do. Good stuff, and my compliments. (For the record, non-stripper salespeople are the bane of my existence -- I hate manipulators. You let me do my thing and I'll let you do yours.) I could see myself doing it, but it would have to be a stripper who danced necause they at least kind of liked it, if only with "good" customers like me. One who thought it out and is OK with being openly sexual in the right contexts because it brings happiness to others, not someone who stripped just for the money. They'd also have to be really, really smart and as good for the conversation as for anything else. Generally speaking, the very few I've met like that don't come off as manipulative -- they know I can't simply be sold, and are smart enough to hold in some meaty conversations without sales pitches before great dances. Those girls, though, are very few, very far between, and can usually land guys a lot more successful in life and handsomer than me. So, it'll probably never happen. No kids, though. I just really hate kids, even when I was one myself.

I love kids too much to ever want one of them to be stuck with me as their dad.

I've dealt with worse. If I ask for anything, I ask that they don't bug me for money.....and be faithful to me.....I pretty much can deal with this fucking (on occasion) other dudes in the strip club only for cash, because I've...dealt with worse. That and they don't do drugs.

Somebody's gotta marry them, and I don't discriminate (except against bone skinny women)

I'd date a stripper, who wouldn't, it's OTC for free! Lol! But a serious relationship? Nope!
