Man found with pants down on sidewalk outside bar
A drunk Parma man was cited and taken to a hospital at about 1:30 p.m. Aug. 11 after police found him lying on a sidewalk with his pants down outside Tavern 150, 5771 Smith.
Someone called police about the man lying on the sidewalk with his private body parts exposed. When police arrived, the man was lying on his side. He was unconscious and his exposed buttocks were soiled and contained sores.
Police woke the man, who told them his name. He smelled like alcohol. His speech was slurred and he was unable to open his eyes.
A Tavern 150 bartender told police that the man had been inside the bar for only about 30 minutes. He said he seemed OK at the time.
Paramedics took the man to The MetroHealth System in Parma.
