Wow! Pretty fucking responsive. When I got home and checked I found that got a email from BlankSpace. It was truly amazing reading! That guy could weave a yarn!!!
I wonder if there is a technical way for Founder to determine someone using multiple aliases from the same device? If so, that would help keeping those that are banned for stupidity; banned.

I don't think there is a way to prevent it (currently) if the person is knowledgable/determined enough. For example you could give them a cookie, but they could just delete it later.

One can ban by REMOTE_IP - yea, they can get a new one, but it is getting harder and harder to do so these days.
I'm telling you the easiest way to do it would be to ban IP addresses. That's the easiest way to do things right now (didn't say it was great but it sure is the easiest thus far)
@londonguy: the Spitfire the finest fighter ever built? First of all, you have to put it in the context of its era. For example, you couldn't even think about matching up a Spitfire against an F-22 Raptor.
Second, how was it used? The Spit, while quick and very maneuverable (excuse the American spelling) was notoriously short-legged and was not suitable for deep escort of bombers. Definitely superior to the ME 109, but a lot iffier vs the FW 190. Contrast this with the P 51D, a very good airplane that was darn near as maneuverable as the Spit, was considerably faster and had roughly three times the useful range using the same engine! The ME 262 was 100 mph faster and in the hands of a great pilot was virtually unstoppable. Fortunately for us it had very short range and a mean time between hours of only 25 hours because of its first generation engines.
Not criticizing (US spelling again) the Spit which was a fine airplane and a staunch defender during the Battle of Britain, but as an all purpose fighter, it was only second rate.

If by "every now and then" you mean "every day just by keeping this site up", I agree completely. :)
