  I take meds for prostate enlargement and have recently started having some retrograde ejaculation. It does not happen all the time. Urologist said it was a side effect of the meds. Was also told that it is very common result of prostate reduction surgery which I have avoided for years.

  OK. Here I go. I'm not taking any medicines, but like gawker I have difficulty ejaculating. This started about 2 years ago and has increased. I can't get off with a BJ, much less LDK! I need FS and then it takes a long time.

  I noticed a certain number of beers make it a lot harder to get sexually aroused, usually.

  I've been accused and I've been guilty, but never at the same time. I'm still fairly young but occasionally will have a few too many drinks and require significant effort to get off. Sometimes it works out well for both of us, other times it gets annoying and I'll fake it.
  
  Some girls seem to be offended when I don't get off. I don't mind so much, its more about the trip than the destination. I can jerk myself off and finish pretty quick, but I'd much rather bang away at a hottie for a while and not get off.
