I just re-watched the one with Jatzil en español and took some notes (great way to practice Spanish, FWIW). Here you go, @lampbreaker. Let me know if this summary (which got much longer than I intended) is interesting and I'll do one for Miriam too. Like I said, it's great practice, I'm learning tons here. Jatzil: * She became a "bailarina" about 2 years ago after she had her first baby. She first worked in some place she calls "la botanera" (the snack bar?), but only last a week because the guys there only wanted to pay 1,000 pesos. * Then she was like fuck it, I'm going to try Hong Kong, and she made 12,000 Pesos her first night, and she liked it. * She says "one can earn quite well" by doing nothing but drinking, but she prefers to do rooms. * She says she does 5 or 6 rooms a night, never more, and she works about 2 nights a week. * She likes working Sundays and Mondays at HK when she does well. At Chicago she prefers Thursday and Friday. * She claims she charges $200 for a room and acknowledges for that's expensive for some patrons of HK. She talks about her frustration with guys who only want to pay $100. * $120 is the least she's charged. She implies she likes "chinos" (literally "chinese men" but I think she means asians in general) and would give them a discount. * One of her first "chino" clients payed her $1000 for the rest the night. (She mentions later in the interview that he also paid a $300 bar fine.) * Since that she'll charge $1,000 for 2 hours outside the club. * $2,000 in a night is the most she's earned including rooms and fichas. * Rachis asks what happens when someone tries to grab her ass when she's on the floor. She says she'll demand a dollar or threaten to tell security. * Rachis asks about the weirdest fetish she's seen, aside from the feet guys. She talks about a married man with kids who didn't want to fuck, he just wanted her to treat him badly, to spit on him, hit him, choke him, etc. She gave him a golden shower and he swallowed. I tried did that for kicks for the Palomino and posted it in this thread: https://tuscl.net/discussion/84501#comment1350495 But you could easily tell AI "now add a comment about a grumpy manager" and "Make it from the point of view of a weary truck driver" and it would produce something like what we've got here. Another thing to point out: other than the lack of paragraphs, the grammar here is a little too perfect. Like ice cold, no mistakes or mispellings here, which is odd for a truck driver.

Hey @JimmyJohn, solve this problem for Y, where X = 3 and Y = (X+3) / (3 - X) The biggest problem with the review is the lack of specific detail about anything related to strip clubs. Nothing about dance prices, attractiveness of the dancers, mileage, tip walk (there is one here), nada. AI or not, reviewers should've rejected it for that reason, the lack of detail. About the only thing specific thing the OP got right was to give this place a "2" on value. Though that's generous. PM is one of the country's most expensive and low value clubs.

^ @wallanon, you're definitely right about this. For HK in particular, what I find is that many long time visitors will give their numerical rankings on a basis relative to their PRIOR experiences there. Meaning, people have been giving HK (and Chicago, and BT too) lower ratings because it's much more expensive at these places relative to two, three, or five years ago. Whereas I think people SHOULD be rating relative to the value and experience at other clubs, in which case, TJ clubs would dominate the top 5. So you're right about garbage in, garbage out, to some extent. But to some extent using the averages adds a degree of objectivity to a completely subjective assessment. It's not perfect but I'm still irrationally interested in it. And @25, you're not wrong, downtime and downed features here can't be helping with the traffic and that would definitely add volatility because one funky rating hits harder. I empathize with founder here because running a social media site is a lot of work and it seems like he's flying this ship solo.

I don't like places that do this either, and tend to avoid them. I think there's some kind of Inverse Tip Walk Axiom: the mileage in the LD room is likely to be lower in places with a tip walk. So there's many reasons to avoid such clubs. But if I'm there, I don't want to be a stingy bastard so I'll throw out a dollar to everyone who comes by, and maybe a few more if I was really impressed.

So, since I posted this thread, one numerically bad review for Chicago took it down from Number 1 to Number 3. The funny thing is, I think that review was meant for Hong Kong, and if assigned correctly would probably would've plunged HK down to number 4 behind freaking Kandy's. Instead, Chicago dropping took HK to the pole position. I think these top 40 list is going to be more volatile with a 12 month window versus 18 months, that makes it more fun to follow.

I think the other factor here is that people judge clubs based on their relative experience, and usually that's pretty localized. Meaning people compare one club to other clubs they've been to, usually in the same geographical area. So KOD may well be the best club (and possibly even has the best mileage) for any club in the twin cities area. The majority of people reviewing it highly just haven't been to Tijuana yet, IMHO, lol. That's how I account for some of these that made the list anyway (same thing for Kandy's.) I'll have to take JamesSD's word on Cheetah's. That one stuck out the most for me. I can't imagine flying all the way to SAN for a biz trip and going to Cheetahs versus sneaking across the border. But to each his own...
