Georg $40 per song is already well above market rate coming out to about $120+ per 10 minutes. They don’t really “expect” a tip its just something many strippers ask for, because many guys will just give the extra free money. If you’re paying the dancers directly, the price is negotiable and many will gladly accept a lower price if they dont have other clients waiting. It’s only the clubs where you pay the fees up front to a bouncer or manager that the prices aren’t negotiable but even then I suspect you could work something out with the manager or bouncer in some cases.
$200 for 30 mins is a reasonable rate especially if the dancer keeps a significant portion of that

K the thing you mentioned about dancers also apply to escorts. The norm is for the hourly rate to include everything. If a dancer uses the primetime club hours excuse to try to justify you paying $1000 for her, just see her on any day of the week besides Friday Saturday and maybe thursdays. Theres some days where dancers would be lucky to make $400 after a night shift. Even making $1000 on a good night isn’t that common.

Since strippers are often lower volume, you hear many cases where they will quote people a certain amount for the night instead of an hourly rate. An escort advertising online can often lose money if she sells an overnight too cheap and has other clients waiting. I have seen 500 per hour escorts offering overnights for $2000.
