Havenfan - just read your last thread, didnt see that before I posted. Lesbian stuff...okay heres my 2 cents: the alley side entrance to HK, (even on "slower nights like Monday,when you're going) they'll have lesbian shaving cream shows. usually $10 will start the real action and then people just tip for like an hour so they keep going. Usually girls touching, using dildos on each other and themselves, sometimes kissing and I've even seen men get pulled on stage and gets involved. You sitting and tipping will allow you to do things you want like touching them, fingering, sometimes licking if thats your thing (not mine, not in that setting for me) ... Thats actually a really good place for you to start. Tell her you'll give her "X" amount for the time upstairs and she can pick the woman, but she pays the other girl whatever she decides...so each girl is $100 typically on average but bc this is a "fantasy item" they MAY charge more. you can ask her to choose a price or throw out a number. I would prob offer $250 to her and she can pay the other girl (maybe she keeps 150 and gives the girl 100?) or you can say i'll pay each of you X amount... I think the hardest part, pending your personality, will be asking and negotiating. This is your fantasy and you want it to just happen but in most reality, you want to make sure you get what you want. Havenfan - I live in AZ too so you can ask me about anything from parking in AZ to flying to SD and getting to TJ and so forth. Anyway , I've done the weekend trip, but I prefer Monday and Tuesdays in TJ. First off, you will want to get a VIP card from HK (before you check into hotel...last 2 trips, the VIP card seller was at Cascadas in the corner at the check in desk, so might be able to get it there too). The VIP is $60 for 3 months of use. If you go on Mon/tue, you get 70% off. 20% off on Wed,thur,sun. so the CHEAPEST room is $75 regularly. It'll cost you a cash deposit of $30 regardless, and on these days, with the discount: Mon and/or Tue $23 each night Wed,Thur, Sun $60 each night Fri/Sat $75 each night thats the cheapest room, keep that in mind. Lots of people want 2 beds in the room, one for fun, one for sleep. Then you get to things like the master suite (which is my preference, the double master). Its larger, more seating. Idc about the jacuzzi (they arent clean anyway...found that out after filling the tub and took pics), and I really dont care about the stripper pole or karma couch (but maybe you do?)...my biggest thing is the space. Counter space too. I like to buy food and bring it up to my room to unwind for an hour. The master suite has a lot of counter space where I can put my food and turn on the tv for an hour or two. Gives me a break and sense of regathering. On a Mon and tuesday, the cost is about $50 a night which is about double the cost of a basic room. on any other night, maybe not worth the upcharge since discounts go from 70% to 20% and no discount (fri/sat). The other benefit for VIP cards are the drinks. free drink every 12 hours as well as bottles on Mon/Tue 20% off. I always just buy a bottle on Monday and split with friends. 1 liter bacardi $50 and comes with a couple mixers (soda, juice, water, whatever) Then there are other perks to VIP but those are the ones I would say could dictate the day's' you choose to stay. Fri/sat is where the main action is but that also means you have to compete with all those people in Cali coming for the weekend. Good luck. Sunday is a good day. only 20% with discount, but still have some leftover high quality girls from the weekend with less crowd. Monday/Tuesday big discount day. Shouldnt have an issue finding a place to sit (maybe not be able to get your fave booth, but sitting shouldnt be an issue). Wednesdays (once a month usually) they hold some event (lingerie contest, bikini contest, theme holiday events, etc) ... Thursday I havent been at all but Im guessing its prob the least fave day. Or maybe some of the high quality girls may get in that day, not sure?... My typical stay is Mon/Tue and leave Wednesday morning and heres my full break down from when I leave my place in Glendale area in AZ Flight $40-100 round trip frontier 1 hour flight (usually less) - i only bring backpack with clothes/essentials, no extra bags) parking through way.com wiht shuttle transfer to airport $5/day about 30 min through security (most was 45 min) get off flight, make your way outside the airport. the doors right outside have a bus area. 992 bus ($2.50 or $3 one way) I take to park/11th area , but there are other buses that take you to other blue line areas, but my mom lives near this one so im familiar with it). Bus drops you off 1 block from blue line station. blue line ($2.50) to san Ysidro (25 min ride). Get off the bus , take a left and follow the crowd to the border crossing building stay in the right lane (unless you look/are hispanic then you can get by in the left i've been told) . show your passport and dont bring up the FMM to the person there and hopefully they let you through without paying. If you have FMM and paid the $30, then have the paper ready. once you go through the building you just follow the crowd. At this point you have a few options but I will just expand on the only 2 I use. 1- take the HK shuttle . Its to the right of where all the taxis are, looks like you're going into a junkyard area to be honest. there are signs and looks sketchy, but actually is the right area. The shuttle is free for VIP but they've never asked me for my card, but they drop you off right at HK. I tip $3 if its just myself, otherwise $2. If you dont want to use or look for HK shuttle, then a taxi will cost you $5-10. I usually say taxi cicnco, they counter with 10 and usually settle at 6 or 7. I now am familiar with HK shuttle so I use that now. (also may depend what time of day you get in. shuttle i dont think is 24 hours).... theres a short cut for the shuttle but i dont want to confuse you. Hotel mon/Tue is about $100 total (once you get back your deposit when you checkout) for double (two beds) mastersuite. I try to find a street girl outside of HK alley just to get it out of my system. $40-60. This allows me to be patient when I get into HK otherwise you may snap your next from whiplash doing all the eye/head movement seeing everyone lol. Get settled in, $50 bottle of bacardi. After that your expenses just depends on what you want. Each HK girl is going to be on average $100. tips are usually $1 each (to robe attendant, maseros, pretty much anyone doing any kind of service). a meal from the streets (like tacos or chicken) will cost about $5.00 after tip. of course you can goto AZUL and use VIP card (tell them when you order you have vip card) and maybe about $10. Of course you can goto revolucion street and lots of cool spots to eat/drink/sites see/shop . I hope this gives you some clarity and helps you with your decision. My plan was June or Aug for my next trip but I have a buddy going May 22nd/23/24 so i may go for a day or two (23/24th)...still deciding. Good luck and enjoy!

Even though it's not really part of HK, since you acknowledged safety at SD blue line, it's worthy to note we took a Lyft from the border to the airport (and the driver was FLYING through downtown SD lol) for $30 after tip. not bad if there is at least 2 people when you break it down. blue line/bus will cost you $6 anyway, whats another 9 for time and comfort? if there is 3 people, its just $4 extra... not too shabby.

@Cristobal -- I was so fortunate to have my first experience in TJ led by you and @greenbeans. So much wisdom and insight was given to me by the 2 of you. Lucky to have met you and consider you a friend even though we only met once ! Since then I've been to TJ I think 6 or 7 times. Just about every 6-8 weeks. Through you and GB, I have been able to meet a lot of people, and even show around 3 people their first trips, along with helping a handful over TUSCL messages for their first trips... TJ is a fun place where you can feel free, and do things you don't do in the USA, but for me it's more than that. It's developing friendships and relationships. I can truly say there are some TJ mongers that I consider good friends now. It definitely has opened my eyes. That said, I'm very happy for you, to have been able to find yourself someone you'd like to spend more time with than go to TJ. I haven't been lucky enough, not yet anyway. I hope to follow the same path sometime, but until then, I'll Monger on! I'm glad I made the All-Pro TJ team ! After a few years, maybe induction to the HOF! Good luck brotha!

I like the details of costs in your review, but feels more like an article. Cab fare/hotel/pills, these are not about Hong Kong club (yes I understand cascadas coincides with HK). That said, I understand pride and stubbornness, but in TJ you sometimes need to swallow that. You're in (what you called) a Mexican standoff over $4 on a service that was provided, yet you pay $15 for a pill that you can get for $12 from the bathroom attendant, $10 from a masero, and 10 pills for $10 at the pharmacies outside the clubs. To me, you didn't pick the right battles... Your next couple paragraphs are good content about the club. I wouldnt say you were "graphic" as you put it, but that's quite alright. I will say this though, you're lucky to not had gotten thrown out of the club, or worse after smacking a workers ass after being told not to. You should NEVER do something like that if it isn't consent. Idc if you're a customer, Idc if you think you're entitled , because you're not! I understand the philosophy you dont pay someone for sex, you pay them to leave, but there is still a "contract" in these clubs and its simple. You pay for a consenting service. Anything outside that consent is not acceptable. PERIOD! Only thing i really agree with is you shouldn't be drinking at HK, on in TJ for that matter. Sounds like you become aggressive after a few.

@jp-minn --- it's Tijuana so dont be naïve by any means, but as long as you resepect the area, you'll be fine. Cross the border, take a cab or shuttle to the hotel. Stay in the area (hotel and toward revolucion street) and you'll be good for your first time. Dont bother cops, dont cross streets on red lights, dont buy drugs. Dont get stupid drunk if you're one of those drunks who get stupid and / or aggressive when drinking. I have had ZERO issues in TJ as far as trouble goes. Have fun. good luck

Thanks halfnhalf. I actually read your post when you posted it and looked up that place at the time I read it. Definitely an option. I talked with Greenbeans yesterday and he's going to join me, so we are going to check out telefonicas and mercardo hildalgo (which is near the gastropark). I will definitely write an article on it. I'm sure it will be more expensive than your place but it'll give us a few hours of non-club time too which is nice to take a break. Food truck spots are always a good time! I have a friend in Austin I keep saying I'm going to visit but TJ always seems to win the vote.

@Putatester - My "plan" is to hold off on any more fun-cations to TJ (or anywhere else really) until my day which is Aug 1st which is a Monday and would be perfect for me. I'm not sure if I'll change my mind but I need to save a little money before (what I plan to) I move in September. August is perfect not only for my bday, but also bc its so damn hot in Phoenix at that time so it'd be a nice get out of town time. Could visit fam in san diego the weekend before and my bday in TJ ... so thats the probably plan but I will keep a mental note on these dates. Ya never know, I might just be bored and want to go back lol. I went to Lakeland about a year ago. First Tigers spring training game for me! Anyway, hope we link up sometime down the road. Greenbeans and I will have enough fun for all of us lol

@Putatester - So this was my first trip to TJ at the time. Greenbeans and I had talked on here beforehand, him kind of prepping me for my best vacation ever. We exchanged info through here and met up in TJ. He was just the kind of person I would have wanted to show me the ropes. Helps that he is fluent speaking in Spanish, but also just knew the area, dos and donts... so let me give you one of the dont's lol... When you get invited to breakfast from someone, and you don't eat breakfast bc your stomach can't handle it, literally, until a few hours after being awake, you dont go to breakfast first thing in the morning. lol. So I dont have a diagnosed condition or anything, but I have never been able to wake up and eat right away. My stomach gets sick right away. I told Greenbeans this, but I'd join him anyway. He told me the food was legit, so of course I didn't want to be rude and got food anyway. Greenbeans put in the order and it smelled amazing. I tasted great but didnt take but 5 maybe 10 min before I knew it was coming back up. Greenbeans asked if there was a bathroom I could use and was pointed to it. puked my insides out lol. Here's the problem... there was no running water in there so you could not flush. I didn't know that as I was puking. So basically the guy would have had to clean it out by hand. So embarrassing for me so that's why I havent been back even though I'm sure he doesn't remember me... no crazy story, sorry to disappoint, just an embarrassing moment.

@ pointofklean , Why rent the room a number of times vs just getting a hotel room at cascadas with your VIP card discount? 4x upstairs is $120 roughly. A single room is $72 friday/sat, $60 Sunday/wed/thur and $23 on mon/tuesday with your VIP discounts. Seems like a waste of money but to each their own. Get a double bed if you want one for sleeping and one for Arriba. Just a thought to save ya some cash.

@putatester When do you leave? I will be there the 11/12th bu Im guessing you may already leave by then.

@623 -- any chance that your profile name was your area code at one point? Only say that bc thats local to me lol Also Im guessing the $22 is just the "lap dance" price right? With your VIP card, I believe you can goto the front desk and get 1/2 off lap dance then use the remaining for a tip ,maybe a little longer dance for ya... I've heard varied stories about Miami room --> did any extra action happen in there in comparison to a ficha dance?

So a few things: HK has their own shuttle. That will save you couple of bucks getting to the hotel. Second, you mentioned you wanted to ditch your bag's'. You can actually leave them at the front desk at HK. Tip the guy couple bucks. He will ticket the bag and give you a ticket to pick it up at your leisure. I can understand not wanting to leave your bag with laptop, but I can assure you I have left mine with more value than that. Double room is always a good route to go for the very reason you provided. You must know about the VIP price discount on the room to have the price you got, but make sure you take advantage of the VIP drinks too. 1 free drink per shift change (2 drinks a day essentially). looking forward to day 2.
