I only need it coming back so I don't miss my flight so for me, makes sense to go with the cheaper option that also lets you do multiple international spots coming in but for others your info could help, thanks. @mongo --- i just dont see why ANYONE would do sentri over global unless im missing something. Global is cheaper AND is international. Sentri costs more and is only mexico, and isn't offered for all three land/air/sea ... so whats the advantage of paying more for sentri? thats what im questioning...

Actually, about HK - I've seen 2 or 3 women maseras... no I am not talking about food people either, I mean they bring you drinks, bring women over, etc. I've only seen two, maybe three in the 10 or so trips Ive gone (mondays/tuesdays) but I have seen them. Maybe they filled in as needed ...? TJ walker... interesting on the tip aspect. I haven't encountered one I'd like to yet, but good info!

I've heard of the champagne charge from a few friends that go. I don't think this is an instance of overpaying though, UNLESS it's a masero delivering the champagne / bottles to your room who also was your masero inside the club. I've never had any such issue. I don't know that I can make that July trip. Waiting to hear back from the new job offer and start date (6 wk was estimate the day we got back from the last trip)... I'mma try though

I should upload a photo of the jacuzzi after teh water drained...DISGUSTING!!! needless to say I showered right after. As far a tits in TJ... go anywhere, you'll find em. Natural or manmade, street or bar , won't be hard to find.

@japrufrock -- I can see how your stradegy would work for you, but I don't like to move around much when I'm at the bar. I like to find a nice booth with good viewing so I don't need to scope the talent without moving from my seat so that's where that strategy doenst work...though the beer bottle, you could just fill up with water halfway and leave on table. then looks like you have 1/2 a beer still lol. Again, for me, I just buy a bottle and split with friends at my table and solves it for us lol. SHOCKINGLY I dont spend much time at the shaving cream shows...I think they are fun to watch but I rarely do sit and watch... maybe I'll switch it up Monday and check it out more lol

@shadowcat ... yes there are many clubs/bars in TJ but only a few , IMO, are worth the time. I understand everyone has their own preferences, but HK,Adelitas, Trop, and Chicago is all I need in TJ. Actually, not even tropical for me. I don't write many reviews bc I like write articles instead. Allows me to tell full story in one writing vs writing 4 reviews for 4 places separately. I was surprised to see that my review for Adelitas was the first in a long while though...but then again, my review was pretty negative so maybe lots dont go there much anymore?

my two suggestions : 1- buy a bottle if you drink alcohol. They see a bottle, they dont ask if you want drinks bc you have a bottle. this will cut down on the wait staff. This will not stop the staff selling chips and food but just a simple waive of no gets them to go away. 2- tip a masero nicely like 20 bucks and he'll check on you periodically and keep others away. our's usually will point his laser at us in our booth and we will waive him over or waive him off, that way he doesnt need to come to us unless needed. this prob works best during the week though.

@pjizzle02 - If you go Memorial weekend, be ready for a busy weekend. Adding in a Monday that people have off is going to increase the crowd size, but also could mean better quality women (not that it makes much difference there). Since you haven't been before, I'd suggest getting there before 7pm and finding a seat always having at least one friend at the table to hold the fort down lol I just was asking when you were going as I'll be there this upcoming Monday and Tuesday. Not sure If I'll have a new article up yet by the time you leave, but I might by then which would give you some insight on activity down in TJ. I will be going with AZfriole and redbaron12 , so hopefully one of us has a review/arcticle for your viewing pleasure. @JAprufrock - Dont sell yourself short on the superstar list haha. I'm still technically a rookie, since it's been less than a year (July 5th is my anniversary I believe)... I hope to win the rookie of the year award lol.

There are so many articles and reviews where you didn't need to make a post. I will be brief but I recommend just looking through articles, posts, and tj monger discussions i fly to SD. hop on 922 bus $3 take that to blue line trolley. take blue line to san ysidro $3 follow everyone to the border crossing building. stay in right line when in building. show passport and hopefully get through no hassle. might make you buy $30 FMM (6 month entry) follow the line til you get to taxi. taxi to Hong Kong $5-10 (negotiate) goto front "desk" (need a mask) and ask for VIP card $60 (3 months vip access) go next door to Hotel Cascadas (make reservation before hand online). show vip card. rooms as low as $23 pending what night you're there. check in is at 3pm. check out 11am. if you arrive before check in, you can tip the guy where you buy VIP card at HK and check it in there. I've left over $1000 in my bag checked with him so I wouldn't worry much. Once checked in, you have a few options. I like to goto pharmacy and get "supplies" like water, gatorade, condoms, whatever before I go have fun. Otherwise, just goto HK and open the infamous red curtain to heaven. Other "musts" for first time : Clubs : -Adelitas you'll get a diff type of female here... diff shapes and sizes, more "curvy" than HK. Dominican, cuban, latin america type women as well. -Chicago Club this is where I go to chill out a bit. Less busy, a step or two down as far as average looks go. i think $1 less for drinks. These girls I find work the most for the money though. Fichas are usually good. they don't drink their drinks as fast in my experience. They play a good amount of american music. -Tropical bar - no my fave bc usually smokey, but this is owned by HK. A step down from HK . Think of it as HK's dive bar. girls from HK/Trop can go to Cascadas if you decide you want to arriba and you have a room at Cascadas (or same with Trops hotel rizo. you can venture into other clubs but i'd say those are the 4 you should try out your first time. Other endeavors : on one of the corners of the rectangle block (think the alley street, the side street of hotels, the front access of hotels, then the other side street) there are many food vendors but in the corner of one you'll see a large cart with pork,beef, etc ...thts a good taco and birria spot. about $1.50 per. carne asada, al pastor, birria (small cup is good for me, with tortillas). Revolucion street (where the Arch is) is a popular and touristy spot where you'll be safe. Wall to the arches and take a right (coming from hotel). many fun shops, food spots, and a nice cigar place as well if thats your thing. also, these are the cheaper pharmacies vs near the hotels in case you want viagra or whatever. There are a lot more things that you could read about so I suggest doing that, but this was a pretty basic guide to start ya out. Good luck. what days will you be indulging? My recommendation is monday and tuesday is plenty of time and will save you the most money. 70% off hotel on those nights. look into buying a bottle vs individual drinks too. 20% bottles those nights. you can check your bottle too if you leave the club. just check with front desk guy. I am prob toward the lower budge person in the group of regulars here but I usually stay two nights, buy a bottle which last both nights, usually 2-4 girls arriba in total, plus food and usually about 400-600.

Glad you had fun. I still need to go to tacos el franc as I've heard good things. Idk about the 100/wk as I was told 40 and I thought she said a month, but could have been a week. I doubt they're "renting their space" for $1000/week which would be the equivalent of 100 drinks bought for them. Also, I don't know when you were told this, but I would ask a girl after we went arriba and might get a better answer. If you're still at the bar, they may try to give you a sob story in hopes you buy them drinks to help the quota...whereas if you already took the girl upstairs, she prob knows you're not going to go back to the bar and give her fichas....so she is more likely to just be upfront with you. Just my thoughts anyway.

Leonard313, buy a ticket to San diego. cross at san ysidro. tell taxi hong kong. $7 cab ride. gorgeous women. take em upstairs for $100. its the red light district. they're legal and regulated. paperwork with testing too. never overpay again!

@wildindigohorse --- If you go again (I'm sure you will) I can tell you where to go pretty easily for cheaper "V" pills assuming generic is okay. It's about $1 a pill. Last time I was in AZfriole and i think it was $7 for 1 box 100mg 10 in a box. I bought 5 (I buy them for my neighbor) but I paid $35 for 5 boxes (50 pills). very easy to get to. I hear there still is a cheaper place but I haven't found it yet. I know another place that does 10.50/10 pills on mondays...but thats it for "cheaper" pricing. I will have to see what it'd cost for celexa and xanax at the place I goto. I assume less than what you paid if "V" is cheaper. I'll write an article when I know. I am supposed to go in 3 weeks, but I may have a new job orientation that week so we will see. Job comes first (so to speak haha) I know the area you speak of though. I walk TJ quite a bit when I'm there in the mornings and have learned about a good 2 mile radius from Cascadas.

First off , I'm guessing you're the kind of person who likes to tell a story. A person who when they tell a story, tells every detail and not necessarily get right to the point. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that and don't apologize for it. The people that you mention will say this is too long, this just means they get the the punchline quicker. Neither is wrong or bad, just different POVs. Good detailed review. Glad you were satisfied with your fantasy 3some, though I think it was more or 2 girls , one after the other, more than a 3some. This is where the negotiating in the club before heading up comes to your advantage vs non-negotiate comes to their advantage. You would have known about the changing of condoms before, or negotiate you don't have to. you could or would have known the price of the end game as well, no need for them to ask for more money. I know it breaks up the vibe but if they're good at their job, they can excite you once again. You said you drove and paid for parking which can be about same price as flight and trolley which can be true but in my case is not. I'm flying out in 3 weeks and paying for my MOST EXPENSIVE flight which was $87 round trip. bus/trolley will be $6 each way. so altogether $99. Driving Phx to san Ysdiro is 725 miles roughly total, or 24 gallons. at $4 per gallon (which it's more than that in phoenix, and much more in cali) thats $96 right there...so it just depends on where ya live/gas prices. I drove my first time and just wasn't worth it in the end for me, but everyone is diff. You mentioned Celexa . How much was one box (I think you said thats a 30 day supply) ? I thought about getting a generic xanax which is a little diff but prob about the same price.

@Magicstick - So the short answer is yes, you can take SGs to cascadas. Long answer is good luck. Most SGs have a deal with the hotel they stand in front of. Outside of the main clubs (HK Adelitas Chi and Trop) , those hotel rates are very cheap (like $6-10). SGs pricing usually is 15-20 min. 2 positions and now they wont take off top unless you negotiate "FULL" which they charge more now. It's getting dumb but everyone wants to make more money and that's how they do it. Still can get a great deal (check out my last article, what jackie robinson and TJ have in common)... Expanding on the SGs and cascadas though... Cascadas is probably the safest hotel for security I'd say in the area. They check the working girl's info/credentials so to speak. They can deny these girls entrance as well as can charge you/her to enter since she doesn't work for HK or Tropical. When I first started going to TJ, I wanted to try out everything. BGs / SGs, fake, natural, etc... but the one thing I always did was ask them to goto Cascadas and the answer was always no with one exception to the rule. The SGs that stand outside of that stairwell of Cascadas alley (so basically in front of HK/Cascadas in the alley) will goto HK and will have no issue with entrance. I'm guessing the same would go if you found girls in front of Tropical too (same owners). Not all girls will do everything you want, but you 100% need to negotiate what you want with SGs before you settle on a price, otherwise $30 turns into you paying the hotel $6 on your way to the room, then expecting something and her saying that'll be another $10-20. you expect half hour or until you finish but she you get a knock at 15 min saying times up... Be 100% clear on what you want, and the price for everything you asked for or you will indeed get shorted. For the people saying stick to BGs instead of SGs for first time...I don't agree with that at all. Everyone is different. It depends what you want. If you want a more personable or Girlfriend kind of experience, you're going to have a better chance with that with a BG. If you want to quick get off to get it out of your system, then SGs work out for that. EVERYTIME I goto TJ, my intent is to find a SG right off the bat and get it out of the way. First one done. QUICK. Idc if they keep their tops on (which they will if you dont negotiate) , just a quick bang. This allows me to relax for getting to HK. Now I dont feel so rushed to find a girl to arriba at the bar and really focus on finding the one I hope makes my whole trip. In fact, the last TJ trip, i was there for less than 2 days. Took 4 girls. 2 BGs and 2 SGs First was a SG to get out of the way. She was actually my best first nut. She was willing, tried, and moved around. My first BG was next and she was good but I had too much to drink but certainly was the most talented of the 4). Next was my fave looking girl. She was average but her looks made the experience better for me. The last was a quick one right before I left. I had 30 min before my friend AZfriole and I were going to check out to cross border so I found a SG and she was actually awesome. so between the 2 SGs and 2 BGs --> 2 SGs cost me $80 total (i think less but at most 80 in total). 2 BGs cost me $200 total. If I had to choose which two were worth it for the price, Id go the 2 SGs over BGs this time around. That last SG made it worth it. I have never repeated and my mindset is to not repeat ever, but if I was ever in a quick bind, I'd find that last SG again.... Moral of story is, you know what you want so do what you want. Input from people here is a great resource, but ultimately you know what you want more than they know what you want... I hope you find the gates to heaven when you go through the red curtains ! When is your trip?
