I know @jascoi would buy the Give her Buck, grab a tit T shirt.
Though BGs are not required to go arriba, and while a few BGs might make good money just dancing, it does not make sense to pass up an opportunity to make a week's income for a 30 minute romp.
In my brief time mongering in TJ, I had two BGs decline my arriba invitation, one claimed she was waiting for someone and another just wanted to drink (I had bought her two fichas).
I have heard there are chicas working at the clubs as just dancers but this does not seem the case as she would have tried to sell you dances and fichas.
Perhaps she was menstruating and felt she could not provide the service.
Brother, short of asking we will never know, I get you did not want to push the issue but this is such a strange incident, inquring minds need to know.
Also, do not think this would rude to ask, this is just business.

A BG running out after grabbing the money is near likely, improbable to occur.
The management is very serious about this issue, I had a BG use stall tactics and did not deliver the goods, so I reported her to management and they comped me a few things (drinks, room) and flagged the BG.
A few months I saw her working at Adelita's (which I believe is a step down).
One comment, if you feel HK is hit or miss that may be more to do with your expectations than the club.

@greanbeans I've been to TJ twice and booth times there was no wait to cross back into the US, though both times I crossed at 4am not exactly peak traffic time.
I have also heard June 21st as a date to watch.
If you are planning to be in TJ for the 4th of July weekend have fun.

"Agree with most here - not a cup of tea (or coffee) for PLs here, who are used to strip club experiences" agreed, at best it is a PG13 experience.
However, if played right one can enjoy the extras available, you just need the money and the perserverance.
The first year visiting for me were mostly eye candy only but eventually I became friends with the managers and owners at a few Shops, who. Would allow my friends and I to bring alcohol to the shop and party with the waitresses.
We had these sexy, waitresses twerking at our table, allowed us to take body shots off of them, lapdances, a few gave me an OTPHJ, and one allowed FIV.
The vast majority of the waitresses were only waitresses nothing more but a few offered P4P (which I gladly supported).

In Orange County California there are many Vietnamese Bikini/Lingerie Coffee Shops.
Some of these Shops are just eye candy, some are special and a few are extra special.
Most of the waitresses are young Asians (some Latinas) walking around in Bikinis and stripper heels, mostly an eye candy experience.
That being said, there are opportunities to have some ITCS (in the Coffee shop) extra fun and with some perserverance some OTCS fun.
I was a regular at these Shops for a few years, I considered them a decent hang out (bikinis, sports, and friends) spot.

It is reviews like this that earn my nomination to the TUSCL Hall of Famer, you just know how to have a good time and then report it an entertaining manner.
Tijuana may be the standard but that does not mean there is not fun to be had in other places.

I am not sure if the enforcement is very thorough but you can never be too safe.
I also liked that you told the waiter that was the last bottle, whenever I woukd take a BG out I would tell the waiter I will order the drinks because some BGs can drink and they don't have any problem spending a PLs money.
I remember one time at HK a BG ordered a drink without asking me if it was OK, so I left her at the table and walked out.

Hermano, it sounds like you had an EPIC trip, having fun at all the clubs/bars.

One note: I usually take the "it is my first day (week) here" as BGS (Bargirl shit) knowing that guys like to hear that.
If she knows all the rules and knows where the rooms are, to mean it means she has been working there more than a few days.
I ran into a few who did not know the rules (they can go to Rizos) or they did not know where the short term rooms where.

It depends on what you are looking for, there is something for every body in TJ, as long as you hace the money you should have fun.
HK is the popular with the most and best looking Bargirls (BGs) which will cost the most, HK also has best management so overall you should have a good time.
Three suggestions if you plan to visit HK:
1. Visit at nonpeak days and hours (Thursday to Saturday, 8pm-12am), HK gets so busy on the weekend at peak hours it is can be near impossible to find a seat, the BGs are usually in money mode (quick drinking, no negotiation) and the staff gets quite pushy.
If you want to visit during the weekend, I suggest going at 4-5pm.
2. Avoid the BGs with a lot of surgery, yes, those enhancements look great in their bikinis but the BGs have to get a return on their investments, so they can become very aggressive when it comes to getting the business but underwhelming with the performance.
3. Avoid the BGs who hang out and just stand around in the middle of the main club, though they might be the hottest BGs they are usually the least likely to drink with you and earn your business rather they will push to go up stairs, rarely negotiate and provide an underwhelming service.

Synn COI has been open a few weeks, with every week more and more dancers added to their roll call.
When we were looking for a club to visit, I was shocked Synn showed only 10 dancers on their Saturday night roll call.
The good news is they listed 26 dancers this past Thursday (their busuest night of the week).

Though I think you have nothing to fear, if you feel unsafe your might be better off waiting a few weeks ir a month for things to calm down.
The Zona Norte will still be there in a month, so you wait a month and feel safe when you go, no harm, no foul.

How do you know (aside from them telling you) the BGs were from Venezuela?
I am latin and I have a difficult telling latins apart without hearing them speak, I can tell by their accents, grammar, and word choices.
In my mongering days in TJ, I only ran into one BG from Colombia.

As far as the COI is concerned, the roll calls for Synn and Paradise look weak.
Last weekend my friends and I went to COI and thought Paradise's roll call was OK, so we went but they are charging $25 for entrance and are requiring a drink purchase per hour (this is nude club, so no alcohol just overpriced water and soda).
So that is $35 just to enter and $10 each hour, it might take at least an hour for all dancers to perform on stage, thanks, no thanks.
The roll call for Synn showed 10 dancers, for a Saturday night that is a very low number, so we passed on Synn.
We ended up going to Bliss, where the fee was $20 with no drink purchase, it was fun but be warned the quality of dancers at Bliss is low, there were only three dancers worth the time.

Something else I wanted to add about Chicago Club, is their Instagram Page (@chicago_club_tijuana) is definitely on the over sell and under deliver side but they do occasionally annouce having feature Mexican Porn actresses dance at the club.
For instance, they announced Cereza Rodriguez will be there on May 7th, if you are TJ that might be interesting to report back on.

Since there was no jacuzzi show it is difficult to know.
It would be nice to see some jacuzzi action and report back to TUSCL Nation.
At HK, the BGs primarily use the tub to rinse off after their shaving cream show.
I am not a fan of the shaving cream show either, I liked my shows to be private.

Many companies treated their customers unfairly when the pandemic threw the world economy into chaos.
Perhaps not as bad as your experience with Stubhub but 24fitness fucked over its customers too.
After autopaying my membership for March 2020, California went on quarantine on March 17th and surprisingly 24fitness took the next two months of payments.
They sent emails advising they would no longer take payments until the gyms reopened and the amount paid would be used for the opening months plus they offered a free month as a thank you.
Then in June 2020 they declared bankruptcy and restructured.
In March 2021 they advised they would reopen in April and would begin rebilling us with no credit for the three months paid and they reneged on the extra month.
Because of this I cancelled my membership and requested a refund for the three months, they sent an email acknowledging the cancellation and another email telling me how to request the refund.
A week later I get billed again for my membership and receive an email telling me the refund request was denied.
I emailed them to request a refund for my April 2021 cancelled membership, I never received an answer.
I went to my local 24fitness to resolve this issue and the customer service representative told me I should expect my refund in 3-5 days and also gave me the card to the GM.
A week later with no refund, I email and call the GM who finally arranges to refund my one month membership.
I am positive my experience is not unique.

For me there was never a bad time to go to HK.
I had great experiences any time of the day, any time of the week.
Just have to keep your eyes open and be ready to go.
Is the energy down towards the early morning, yes and does it take a while for the party to restart, yes.
It also means there is less competition and you have your pick of the group.
I remember one time i hit the club at 4am and there were still plenty of hotties dancing, I went up to one and she told me she was leaving in 10-15 minutes and proceeded to give me her number so we could arrange a meet later, I started hunting again and found a milfy BG who showed me a great time arriba.
The 8am shift was usually B team BGs and I had good times with a few of them but the quality improves from around 10am.

Adelita's Bar was open last Satutday when I was in TJ, I hing out there for about an hour.
There is no entrance fee, they require you put on a mask (few wear it inside the club), and give you a decent pat down.

To me you are not describing a FWB relationship but as long as both are agreable to the arrangement, good for you.
We are all wired differently but the experience you described does not sound appealing at all.
The rules you set seem too controlling to me (having to be your sex partner every weekend and no else is allowed over).
Having a hot girl live in your house as a back up plan for when you strike out at the club seems like too much potential drama and not as much fun sexually as it may seem.

When returning to US at 430am, the border agent only asked "are you bringing anything from Mexico?" after looking into some device (camera) I was allowed back into the US.

@FTS When I crossed the boarder last weekend, the Mexican border officer told us "unless you have an essential job in México" to cross into México you have to puchase a 6 month travel visa for $30.

Good to hear from you and I am glad you are ready to party in TJ once again.
As far as crossing into TJ is concerned, I decided to go with the honest route and they had me go into a small room with 4 other people where the agent explained essential we had to buy a travel visa ($30 for six months).
I read some PLs avoid this by telling the border agentes they had dental or medical reasons for crossing, when I crossed my agent was sending everyone to the room.
I filled out the form, paid the $30 and a few minutes I was crossing the border.
On the return crossing into the US, the border agent asked "are you bringing anything into the US?" a simple "no" and he asked me stand in front of a device (camera?) and I was back in the US.
The party atomosphere in TJ is back, I had plenty of fun even without partaking.
You should have plenty of fun.

@greanbeans thanks for the tip regarding your ID and the VIP card, that is the first time I heard they wanted to see your ID.
"Lost sight of the good looking chica" you lost another BG? JK.. Lol
I understand their are some un written rules but if she was hanging with a few customers and BG, I do not see anything wrong with going up to her and offering to buy her a ficha, maybe she was just hanging out.
I understand the overall apeal of the younger BGs but my best experiences were with the BGs who had some experience.
