Just some perspective. Looking at reviews of clubs around the country, I think we have it pretty good in New England. The price of dances and the contact level appear to be better than 90% of the country. Exceptions could be Florida and Arizona.

Thanks for the review. As for girls gone MIA, Desire seems to suffers from the same affliction, and perhaps others (Foxy?). Even at Mickey's the girls will go in the dressing room for seemingly a half hour or more at a time. I'm pretty sure I know what's going on there -- I'd hate to think the same is happening at the "classier" clubs.

Good review. This is one MA club I've never felt like returning to after my initial visit maybe 2 decades ago. I see that my instincts are justified.

Good Review. Some guys seem to take it personally when you give an honest critique of Desire. Right now I recommend Boardroom for more consistent talent and attitude and more consistent 2-way lap dance contact. If you're looking for extras you'll have to go elsewhere.

And by the way, Danny, it's decidedly not what is done at every club.

Last time I was there a dancer wanted more than the posted $25 for a lap dance (after the fact). The bouncer backed her up, said she could charge whatever she wanted. I haven't been back since.

Boardroom (not too far from Providence) has Caprice (Japanese) and Yvette (Vietnamese). Probably some others, but I can't think of them now. Is Lila still at Foxy? She must be pretty long in the tooth by now.

The Club is half-contact, but, yeah, MA clubs have an unearned reputation for being low contact.

I try to avoid discussions like this because it makes me sound old. So, no comment.

They never had a liquor license, which I'm sure severely limited their income. Dancers used to go across the street to the Chinese restaurant between stage sets to hang out and get drunk.

shark -- I probably did just hit it when all the stars misaligned. I can't remember it ever being this bad in the past.

There are a number of good MA clubs: Boardroom, Mario's (on most days), and some downscale venues I won't mention.
