Great info justme. Thanks. I agree that the drink and even a lapdance are worthwhile investments. Gives you a chance to break the ice with the girl, build a rapport, and get a sense of whether she'll be personable or mechanical in private.
One note on Hong Kong girls getting checked by the doctor. I had a nice experience with one girl, who I spent an hour with. We both showered before and after. I was showering 2nd and she placed a call on her cell phone, while I was in the shower. I could hear part of the conversation and I thought she was making dinner reservations for that night, possibly with her boyfriend.
The girl and I were pretty comfortable with each other, so when I finished showering, I asked "dinner reservations for tonight?". She said, "no, doctor's appointment." So, I got the sense that this particular girl may go see a doctor after every shift that she sleeps with someone. It's possible it was just time for her weekly check up though. Or that I creeped her out. Lol. But I honestly got the idea that this girl was getting checked every day.
I also like paying extra for an hour and showering first. I've been there 3 times and 2 of the 3 girls showered first with me, which makes me feel a little more comfortable. The 3rd said she just arrived for her shift and hadn't even danced yet or anything, so she was freshly showered.
So, yeah, I think the Hong Kong girls are much cleaner and safer than any street girl you'll find. Plus, they seem as though they are working there of their own free will and not being pimped out, as Mikey mentioned above. The Hong Kong girls have had similar attitudes and demeanors as strippers I've met in the U.S., who are nice and confident, but not cocky.
I just entered a sugar relationship with a great woman, so not sure I'll be heading to Hong Kong anytime soon. It's a great place for those that want to check it out. I think I'll go check out Deja Vu though, just to see the quality of the lineup and check out the whole scene, even if I just stick to lap dances.

I wonder if any of the girls would leave the club and go to the hotel next door at the casino. It's just a 2 minute walk and then, if you were staying there, you'd have your own room, shower, privacy, etc. If they were open to it, they may want a little more $, but it might be worth it.

If you guys ever decide to do San Diego/TJ for a winter meet or future meet up, the Pueblo Casino and Hotel is pretty nice, right next door to Deja Vu, and rooms are only about $60 per night.

SdFan: Yeah, think they are confused tonight, so can't tell you for sure. The guy asked if I was on VIP reservation list and I said no, but taxi driver told me about it and saw advertisement on website. He said I could get in, but asked me to go wait at the hotel for a while and come back, because they weren't open just yet. Guess I was just walking in and inspecting the place before they even opened to the public. So, not sure what to tell you. Think they'd let you in because it seems slow tonight, but don't know that for sure.

Funny Shailynn. Yeah 8 mile at 2am very well could be dicier. So, I bailed early, but I do have some info, including pricing. They weren't getting started until 7 or 8 and I didn't feel like waiting around a lot longer.
I saw about 20 girls hanging out and spoke to a Caucasian Deja Vu manager, who appeared to be from the U.S. and just there for the opening. He said there were over 100 girls in the dressing room getting ready for when they kicked off the opening later.
All of the girls I saw were very pretty. Hong Kong quality and maybe even better. All 8's and up. All Latina, but didn't see the women in the locker room.
Pricing: guy told me no cover charge ever, but I did see cash registers by the door, so not sure. He said beers were about $3, lap dances were $15 for one song, and VIP private rooms cost $25 for 30 minutes (house fee) plus whatever you negotiate with the dancer for her services. Sounds like the whole menu is available in those VIP rooms. Pricing sounds very similar to Hong Kong, but I suppose it could vary depending on the girl. If you get a porn star visiting from SoCal, who is willing to play, I imagine she'll be charging top dollar. No idea what the Latina girls will charge, but my guess is it will be close to Hong Kong pricing, maybe slightly higher.
Last thing. If you go, on the way back, definitely use the new border crossing to the west, to get back into the U.S. It will save you an hour or two wait getting back.
Okay, look forward to reading future reviews from people who actually visit while the club is open!
Oh, the club is located in this pueblo, which is kind of like an outdoor shopping mall, with stores and restaurants. It's very safe to walk around there. Not all of the store fronts are occupied, but they are doing some construction and it looks like they may be occupied soon, once the club starts bringing in tourists. There is even a big, nice store, similar to a Super Walmart, with a huge grocery section, including fresh baked goods. Surprised to see a club of this sort surrounded by an outdoor shopping mall. Definitely unique.

First update: I'm here and the club is all decorated for the opening. It's big, nice, 2 levels, some tv's showing sports. Only one problem. There are about 100 employees and 1 customer, with no girls on stage yet. Guess who the one customer is? Yep.
So, I walked next door to the casino and hotel, which is also nice. Getting a bite to eat in the courtyard restaurant of the hotel and then heading back over. So far, I saw one white dancer in street clothes at the club first and now at the hotel. Think she might be a porn star. Update to follow later.

Shailynn, I was just like you. Terrified to go down there. After a few trips, no worries at all. It's just every day folks living their life. Haven't witnessed any violence or felt uncomfortable at all. I've only been there during daylight hours and just stuck to the border, Hong Kong & Adelitas, and Avenue Revolucion. In those areas, and taking taxis, no worries whatsoever. Knowing a little Spanish does help. Hong Kong is pretty posh and well lit. So, is the hotel. Nothing seedy about it, as far as it being dangerous. Everyone is happy to get your business there, so as long as you treat people decently with respect, you should be golden. The only concern I've had is with some of the crappy taxis with no seatbelts. They have newer taxis in better condition though, so you can stick to those. I'll try to gather Intel today and post the details tonight or tomorrow. Since it's grand opening though, it may not be reflective of what the club will be like on a normal basis, once things settle down. Regardless, I'll report on what I observe today.

If A and B are with the same girl, I choose B. Even when a dancer doesn't allow kissing, she will usually allow me to make out with her neck or boobs in VIP. If I'm kissing her neck while having sex, I'm plenty satisfied.

I think James is right. They'll probably charge more for the VIP suites to take the girls to. Surprisingly, my taxi driver said this place will be cheaper than Hong Kong, but I don't buy that. He said it opens today at 4pm. I may check it out James, if you want to meet up later. Feel free to pm me, if you're interested.

gammanu, you read my mind. That's one of the reasons I'm tempted to go today. I like those Starr Sisters that will be there.
As an aside, if anyone is ever in TJ, I recommend this restaurant. Really high end and cheap in American dollars. Home of the Caesar salad I believe. They make it fresh at your table.
