You can never be 100% sure if it's LE. Best thing you can is do your research and trust your gut. Do a Google or Tineye check on phone numbers and images. If they crop up in too many sites -- particular if some are from overseas -- you've got a scam going on. If they don't have any reviews on any of the more trusted sites, it could be a big gamble. If they only have one or two reviews --particularly by reviewers who only have one or two reviews under their belts -- the best you're dealing with is a shill or the escort herself; the worst would be either LE or someone ready to mug anyone who walks through the door. Your best shot at screening problems would be to back-channel information with folks you trust.
