That is psychiatric policing and we cannot allow that. Psychiatry is just about power. That kind of stuff means that the gloves must come off and restraint must be abandoned.
Was this guy at the strip club apprehended? If he by chanced had a concealed carry permit, it could be lifted. And did he purchase his gun lawfully, and where, and did he have to pass a background check? This incident could make sure that does not happen again.
So was he apprehended? And was his gun possession already outside the law?

So the above authors talk more about "complexity", meaning psychology which supports both differentiation and integration.
I want to read more about this, but it will not be found in this volume. So what else is there?
Csikszentmihalyi has written lots of interesting looking books. But I think I first want to look in another direction.
Dabrowski's theory of positive disintegration / Sal Mendaglio, editor (2008)

True! Deductions are supposed to be because some expenses are not really income, they are business expenses. A lot of progress has been made in reforming the tax code.
"Settled Law" was just SOCTUS Justices trying to exert political influence by telling people what they should expect from the court and about who should be considered qualified. They did it first with Brown v Board, and again with Roe. But no, it is not legally binding on anyone.
Abortion rights is a very very high priority issue for many many women and for many others. The economy and inflation are really only a problem because of 2 Democrats and 50 Republicans. Pretty much the same with education, voting rights, guns and climate. Vote those 2 Democrats and 50 Republicans out, and things will get good. Republicans always have higher voter turnout. It seems to correlate to wealth and income. But this is the first election that has given women and others who care about Reproductive Choice a reason to vote.
And it was Richard Nixon who pioneered using social wedge issues, like abortion and racism.

Let 'em leave, and the sooner the better. Real property will be taxed, but income and other wealth will not be. Don't need to tax them. Only want to raise taxes on the fat who are being fattened by UBI and its siphon up.
Wealth Generation is a mind fuck of the Supply Side Illogic, what G. H. W. Bush called "voodoo economics".
With UBI people will be able to pursue more education and more creative ventures.

Negative. The rich could be incinerated and it would not make any difference.
It is mostly the same money recirculating until taxes have eaten it up and then it can be paid out again. Poor people aren't using their money to inflate the securities and real estate ponzi schemes.
You only need upper income tax hikes to the extent that the increased payouts will also fatten the fat. Half of the money does go to those above the median income, no needs test. And then also the rich have tap roots which go deep into our economy. So even Food Stamps increases the wealth gap, unless you have progressive taxation.
Now as far as having some big pot of money to get it started, to make up the recirculation friction, Pelosi and Trump printed that up for us. Now we just need to retrieve it and put it to good use.

No one is talking about loosening existing gun regulations.
It sounds like everything this perp did was already illegal, and guns have always been classified as deadly weapons with higher penalties.
Has the perp been arrested, and his gun confiscated?

Pelosi and Trump made the bailout payments, and that was batshit spending and money printing, and with no economic activity to back it up.
But Biden's Build Back Better is jobs. And it includes upper income tax hikes, rather like Bill Clinton's extra 2%. It is two Democrats and 50 Republicans who have stopped it from passing.
7 SCOTUS Justices, including O'Connor, said that Roe was Settled Law, using the same language that had been applied to Brown v Board. Now no, that is not legally binding. Another group of Justices could change it. But it is rhetorical. More than anything they were saying that the next time some moron like Clarence Thomas gets nominated and says that he has not considered Roe, reject him. As it is with Brown v Board, nominated Justices need to say they support it.
Huge numbers of women who have not been voting or who have been voting Republican will be out at the polls in November voting for Democrats, and some more men too.
Yes, Dobbs returned it to the states. But as we have a Constitution it is the role of SCOTUS to make sure there are not unconstitutional laws.

At San Jose T's, Old Oakland Rd, the dancer business cards were printed on the front with the party service name and toll free number. On the back some of them put stickers which were a picture of themselves, often covered with nothing but a few party balloons. And no I don't still have any of these to show.

Papi has got it right about My Organization and FRMOS! And I will be making a FRMOS session tour of the US and Northern Mexico, though there is not much room for improvement in Mexico.

There are a few other people, Trolls, Trolls and one Zombie, you guys prove the importance of privacy walls. All I need to do is use Clorox and a wire scrub brush from time to time to clean up the troll splats, and sometimes come out with a rake and a cement shovel to gather up the zombie pieces. And with these zombie pieces, I know better than to bury them and put them in the garbage. I put them in an incinerator.
