Forgot about the white vans! So when I drove past the first time, I had to turn around in the old commercial lot on the east side ( N bound ) I clocked that there was a Johnson Contols van parked, nose out, in the middle of the log - it just looked odd in the middle of an empty lot in front of a closed commercial building. Driver was a retired marine looking white guy. He glanced up, then back down to something at/below the steering wheel. I made the turn parked ( read above ) and when I came out, I turned left out of the bar's lot, again going past that same commercial building and this time there was a DIFFERENT white van no markings, parked closer to the road, and another bald/cropped white guy behind the wheel glancing up, then down, then up across the street then down. When I passed I saw Leo waiting at the intersection to leave the lot. Copying down plates maybe? Anyway, heads up-gents.

OP posted 10 hours ago. I've spent the entire time trying to think of a place I've: never thought of, never wished I had done, or never done. All I could come up with was the wing of a biplane - stunt man style. And now that's off the list, so: nope. I got nothing :). Best RL time though was the conference table at work on a sunday in a NYC sky scraper with floor to ceiling windows. :)

Sorry to disappoint those down-voters. I have been hearing more and more about leaving money / activities details out of reviews for safety sake of the boards. I also agree with Papi's system, and I use a variation of it, stating the number wanted up front, and leaving the timer running on the clock - and I usually say something like " and if we're into it, I'm happy to extend to more at the end". etc. Somewhat unique to Clancy's is the huge digital clock in the room, lol. Makes it easy to say " "Two dances - that takes us to ((8:45 )) or whatever is about 8 minutes from then. Either they agree up front - or Its easy to me to walk since I haven't sat down yet.

I completely relate to this. I dunno why, but I seem to attract strippers that are rethinking all of their life choices. I'm a nice guy, but not an idiot, so I usually get my dance on before switching to the inevitable "dad" mode and dispensing advice. I often, as did Muddy, just let them know to YOLO while they can, then learn how to do something useful. Occasionally the chats get deeper and about 35 yrs ago ( yes, that hurt like a b@#$ch to even type that number ) a buddy and I were out together, wound up talking to this young dancer, she really wants to go back to school, etc. Turns out she was pretty sincere, and not too jaded yet. Long evening short: we wind up going to a pay phone ( google it, x-ers ), calling her mom, taking her to a nearby diner to meet her mom, making up some crazy story about we met her in the "store" she was working in, got her and her mom to hash out the petty shit that was between them. They left together, with plans for school I think. Now, Mind you, I'm not a fool: She was cute but not at all "hot" in the way dancers need to be to survive and thrive. The whole time you could tell she wanted out. Also: kept her number, and had a few OTCs before she moved back home :).

This is a bad sign... if the vibe is "pressure to pack in the dances" that kills the hangout and then play vibe completely. Hoping this is more the exception than the new rule.

This is kinda/sorta/a bit like the Mitchell Bro's Theatre in San Francisco back in the day. One regular strip/burlesque theatre room, another bar/gropes welcomed room, another that was pitch black, and you were given a small flashlight and when you're eyes adjusted there was a lesbian couple making out and using toys in the middle of a small room with seats around the walls.
