At least they look like new apartments being built.
Many moons ago I would have entertained the idea of renting one as a party pad.
I wonder how many of the honeys will live there.

Are they low income or "luxury condos"?
If it's the latter the club may be fucked. Gentrification of a club neighborhood means more local residents complaining about it.
In the current state of construction, they appear to be luxury apartments.
The entire area west on Highland has already been built up, and more apartments recently going south on 12th as well.
What amazes me is that the property across the street used to be an answering service. The number of apartments they fit in that spot is remarkable.
And after residents move in, they will be shocked, shocked, to discover a strip club across the street. They will demand action.
^^^^ Good point, though more true of these are condos.

I used to know of several escorts that lived in the Crescent apts at Highland and 16th, and some dancers in the complex south of Camelback on 7th st.
Good to know. I'll be hoping one sets up on VRBO and then I can just "randomly" choose it....
It would be fun to live in a street hooker zone, like TJ, and outdoor strip club.
Someday!

^^^^ areas of San Francisco have been like this, and maybe sometimes areas of Oakland and Los Angeles too. And then Amsterdam.
SJG
ripe with crime? Do you mean street hookers everywhere?
:) :) :)

Pretty amazing how fast it is being built. Like a mushroom.
How many floors is the building?
We could go into plans and permits online for the city, to see.
SJG
I believe it is four floors
^^^ 4 floors of whores? Hmmmmm!
^ Orchard Tower, Singapore
Four floors of whores really exists

lmao Mark so true!
I heard HiLiter was building them as their new "VIP rooms"
