I don't think extras are available for everyone. I have friends that complain about not being able to get extras in a club that I regularly get extras at, even with the same ladies. They hook me up, but my friend goes in later, sees the same chick, no dice.
I think it's a combination of a vibe you give off plus being able to pick/get/keep the attention of the right girl.
Not all girls give extras, even in a club known for extras. You can't just walk in and expect to go with the first chick that shows up. It's a lot easier if you're a regular.

Lol. I'm one of those assholes that locks up the hottest chick in the joint for the whole afternoon. Only problem is I'm not an old fat guy.

Funny... It's also a little complicated by the fact that they are pretty good friends with each other and have kind of a little competition between themselves about which one I see first when I'm in town. Like I said, we've known each other for a long time, and vip/extras was never really something that has been part of the relationship.
The more liberal one I'm sure would do extras no problem, as it is, I get a good amount of two way contact with her that def pushes the limits of what the club allows on the floor. The more conservative one I get the feeling is a real tiger in private, but on the floor tends to tow the line. Fair mileage, on the floor, but nothing that would be considered blatantly breaking the rules. Right now they both work at the same club which is not really known to be an extras friendly club, but I wouldn't doubt one bit that extras happen in the private areas for no other reason than the price being charged per hour and the fact that they expect that you negotiate a tip with the dancer in addition to the hourly charge and cost of the bottle.

Drive 100 miles to go to this club? nobody drives 100 miles to go to this club. There are way better options within a 15-20 minute driving radius. This is a tier 3 club at best.

In metro Phoenix, my order of preference is bourbon street, hiliters, and the Tempe christies.
Bourbon has some real hotties with the Tempe christies not far behind, though the Tempe christies is a lot more upscale. Hiliter is where you go to get your freak on.

Rockstar666 speaks the truth. Dancers do have favorites that they look forward to and enjoy seeing for reasons other than money. They are people after all, and they come into contact with enough guys through work that they are bound to eventually run into at least a few guys that are the ying to their yang on a personal level.
Put it this way: how many ladies do you know that have left the business did so without taking a favorite customer with them? Every lady I know that has retired took a guy with them that they met at work.
