Standards of (S)excellence

For years, I've loved visiting strip clubs from coast to coast. From New York to California. From Miami to Portland. From Houston to Chicago. From Sin City to Atlanta. From the large and very expensive clubs in New York City to small run down and cheap clubs along I-95 in the Carolinas. (I do, of course, avoid those really shabby places where common sense tells me that I would be asking for trouble just walking into them). I see the ratings that TUSCL and other sites give to various clubs far and near, and frankly I don't understand most of them. It comes as no surprise that based on one's age, money to spend, and willingness to accept that you get what you pay for, the likelihood that you will walk out of a club feeling you've spent your money well varies considerably. As for me, I'm older than most people on TUSCL, I probably have an income that is at least competitive (although not even close to the incomes of the pro football and basketball players that I see in a lot of clubs), and I am certainly willing to spend the bucks that it takes to find a receptive attitude among the best and prettiest dancers.

Overall, I think the high end clubs in Houston are as good as it gets when it comes to facilities, quality and number of girls, food and drink, and mileage to be gained in the VIP rooms. It is true that LE was cracking down for a short while a year or two ago, but the girls in Houston always seem to find a way. And for the most part, management in the high end clubs tends to look the other way (with one notable exception). I will say that prices for extra performance in the VIP rooms of Houston clubs have gone up in recent years, but whether it's a HJ, OTC, or even FS with all openings available, you can walk out of the club knowing you have been with the best. Biggest challenge, of course, is not to fall in love with your dancer. LOL.

I would be interested to know if others have had the same experience in sampling clubs around the country and if they would agree or disagree. I always keep an open mind about finding new places, and since I'm going to be driving throughout the western states this summer (Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, and Colorado), I would love to get other people's suggestions on clubs and what makes them stand out for you.

Folks’ preferences are all over the map – some folks’ “good” clubs don’t do much for others; and vise-versa (similar to the kind of women men are attracted to – it’s all over the map).

In general – I personally prefer upscale clubs b/c one gets better overall service – but yet I more often visit the dives b/c I tend to enjoy myself there more (less rules) – and also find the less-attractive dancers @ dives give better and often more spirited “service” than dancers in high-end clubs – and it’s my personal preference that I prefer high-mileage from an avg dancer that I still find attractive/desirable; than low-mileage from a knockout.

It can perhaps be equated to dining out – some folks like nothing but the finest upscale dining establishment and some prefer joints that are not much in amenities but the food is good/tasty – whereas some high-end dining places may be high on aesthetics; but the food may not be all that.

What you have talked about in Houston, I have experienced on a regular basis in Detroit, Montreal and Toronto. Of the 3 cities mentioned, girls looks - 1. Montreal 2. Toronto 3. Detroit - upscale clubs 1. Detroit 2. Montreal 3. Toronto

In these 3 cities I could walk in off the street, with everyone in the club knowing I'm from out of town, and gotten services as you have mentioned at a price at times I have even considered a value. I would recommend Detroit to you but I fear you being a little disappointed as the quality if girls in Detroit would not match Houston. Price and service from these girls may enable you to overlook that flaw.

Sadly the places I mentioned are not in your future travels.

Of the places you mentioned I would highly recommend bourbon street (strip club) in Phoenix. It is by no means a glamours club but I'm willing to bet the girls are overall hotter than what you see in Houston, which is a bold statement. I have travelled all over as well and although I haven't had many club torus in California, I'd have to say the hottest girls I have seen in strip clubs within the United States come from Phoenix. Plus most lap dances are $10 which can be refreshing.

If traveling thru Dallas – Baby Dolls Dallas is an institution.

Men’s Club of Dallas is supposed to be very upscale but seems to be a bit low on dancer #s.

Of the two Papi mentioned if I could only choose one it would be Baby Dolls, just to say you've been there, but again, not as easy to pull extras there as it has been (at least in the past) as in Houston.

Whilst traveling to Phoenix requires a Bourbon Street visit as recommended earlier, only do so at night as the hottest babes are there providing limited mileage. However I you are looking for mileage go to Hiliter during the day. Now I never get extras it is my experience that I've had to decline extra offerings several times without asking. An experienced clubber like you with cash shall be served nicely. I just can't part with my dollars and clean std record.

In metro Phoenix, my order of preference is bourbon street, hiliters, and the Tempe christies.

Bourbon has some real hotties with the Tempe christies not far behind, though the Tempe christies is a lot more upscale. Hiliter is where you go to get your freak on.

Which SCs have you guys visited in the carolinas? I travel from Orlando FL to Asheville NC a few times a year and i have used this site to c if there was anything good along the way. Sadly the only good SC i coukd find was a hour detour in South carolina in Greenville. Little spot called lady Godivas, all the xtras u want .d cheap too $150. Most were black, but there where a few thick big booty white trash girls tht will ring your southern bell fetish

Best clubs in Houston are better than best of Austin - in volume, in variety, in mileage.

Austin has very few ROBs (rip off bitches) though and a cozier feel - with dancers open to providing GFE (girl friend experience).

I'd love to visit clubs in places TUSCLers have talked about: Detroit, Atlanta, Tampa, Miami, Portland and even Ohio.
Have visited Phoenix, Philly, LA area - and in my book can't beat Central Texas triangle - Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Austin.

Unfortunately have also visited shitty places - northern california, north east - Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, NJ, NY.

In my opinion the emergence of latina dancer has revolutionized the strip club scene in USA. They come from costa rica, venezuela, columbia, mexico, cuba, ....

Latinas are beautiful, shapely, warm and wild at the same time, and emanate certain pheromones that make a man's heart soft and dick hard.
Kinda gettin all the stripper-web chicks out of jobs - which is why most are headed to camming/phone-sex with middle eastern blokes.

Agree completely with your views about the emergence of Latinas. Yes, I've been to Austin clubs, but I've always been disappointed. There are too many university boys who seem to "settle", if you know what I mean. That just let's the dancers get by with a minimum of effort.

I think we are getting off point here. In my opinion the discussion is a standard of excellence. The question is what really is the standard. Is it a club with 4 acres under roof, 200 dancers on at a time, floor to ceiling brass and glass, and is open 24 hours a day? Is it a local "hole in the wall" bar that has a few strippers to help entice customers to come in or to stay. How about a small topless joint along the interstate? Do you like to sit and talk to the dancers, maybe have a beer with them, or do you prefer to watch from afar. Drink or dry, smoke or smoke free, clean or raunchy. College girls, single moms, crack heads, or past their prime. What one considers the "standard of excellence" to someone else is a crap hole or an overpriced dream.
The beautiful thing about it all is that there are all the above clubs, so many in between and so much more. So let us go out into the night with a stack of singles, od our research, and find the standard of excellence.
