    Why are Canadians so Funny?
The Canadians were fantastic allies in AFG. Can't say enough good things about them. Crazy brave. Sarah Maclachlan. Hot in an incredibly talented kind of way .

    Good Documentaries
Having been there, I thought "Restrepo" by Sebastian Junger was pretty accurate on the war in Afghanistan

Afghanistan ( After the evacuation )
I am an Afghanistan vet. This is a very painful time for all of us who did time there. If you know of someone who served there, you may want to check in on them, even if they served there a while back. just see how they are doing.

Going back and reading what you wrote (aka "proofreading") what you wrote is a habit that will serve you well not only on this site but in life in general.

    Dancers who have died
I have heard of several (5?) --- usually drugs. I have known two personally. Really tragic. It is a function of living too fast, too much money, and not enough guidance.

Brother in Arms by dire straits 1988 live version with Clapton. Listened to it like a million times in Kabul. Floyd's Comfortably Numb is a close second Zevon's Lawyers, Guns, and Money also medals

Okay, here we go... Best 10 bands you've seen live?
@Rattdog -- Thanks for asking, I got a very very low D on the final (and in the class) so I, and others, came to the conclusion I was not meant to be a CE.

Okay, here we go... Best 10 bands you've seen live?
    1. Floyd (without Waters) 2. Simon & Garfunkel (Concert in the park) 3. Dire Straits 4. Bruce (late 90's) 5. The Who (early 90's) 6. REO 7. Pretenders 8. Frampton 9. Aerosmith 10. Jackson Browne The one I really regret missing was Harry Chapin. I had a Civil Engineering final the next day and I was failing the course; decided I needed to study. he died 3 months later.

Spending too much time around strippers?
-I had a job interview last week that I just casually showed up 4 hours late for like it was nothing. That's not like me at all. Classic

    Previous Dancer Here
YAMOM's review is righteous. Been there dozens of times. was bummed to see the extras go away but with some effort you can rig OTC relatively quickly.
