Have never had an issue with smoke at PHC. I'm a non-smoker but can tolerate being in a bar or casino and someone next to me wants to smoke. There is plenty of seating at PHC away from the bar where a smoker may be.

The way to get attention is tip a dancer on stage who interests you. That will almost guarantee their attention. Waiting around at a booth or table for dancers to stop by isn't a good strategy. Those who do stop by are probably doing so because they aren't receiving tips on stage meaning they may not be the best looking. Just my experience and 2 cents.

The dances in the VIP area by the DJ are going to be air. There are signs everywhere that say no touching the dancers. The VIP in the back area has cameras. My last couple of trips have had 2 different dancers doing some fondling and stick shifting while just sitting at my table which was nice, but that's about it.

Have had valet here and Flight Club do the put down the window thing on occasion. Think it is just a nice way of trying to get some fresh air into your car (valet guy at FC made this comment one time). I find it to be a harmless gesture. I can easily put my windows back up and crank the a/c.

If you tip a dancer on stage at PHC or FC, 90% of the time they will stop by your table after they are finished (10% why they wouldn't is if someone else tipped them first and/or they are already hanging with a guy).
If you are expecting girls to flock to your table after they get offstage without you giving them a stage tip....yeah, your going to be disappointed.
You just need to realize how things work.

Was at PHC last night. They had a free buffet until 9:00 which was delicious. My server was very friendly. My favorite dancer wasn't around and overall the talent was not the best, but guess there was a big lake festival this weekend in Michigan which is why my favorite and perhaps others girls were not around either.

Was just at Coliseum this past Saturday from 1:30 - 3:00. During this time there were a total of 2 dancers and about 3 customers.

Pretty positive their isn't a cover or "entry fee" before 7pm.
Have been to PHC a number of times around 1:00ish during the week and there have been plenty of dancers around. However, haven't been there around this time on a Saturday so it might just be a Saturday thing. FWIW....was just at Coliseum today around 1:30-3:00 this Saturday and they had 2 dancers.
I wouldn't be bent out of shape over an early Saturday visit and there weren't a lot of dancers around. If you visit clubs like PHC, Coliseum, ect, then you already know the drill for fees such as valet, coat check, ect. It was very warm in Detroit today so kinda wondering why you would need to go to the club with a coat, but I digress.

Great review. Had fun guessing the names of the dancers with your hints. :-) Sorry to hear about the VIP trip requiring a prepay, then bailing on the deal. Know what you mean sometimes talking with a girl and for whatever reason deciding to pass at the moment, only later after looking at her more thinking "damn, I should have gone up with her!" See the thin brunette with glasses basically every night I'm at PHC - no VIP experience but not a fan of hers at all.

Was just a PHC this past Tuesday evening and Wednesday afternoon. It does appear they have a new Valet team. They didn't seem quite as smooth as the previous group but otherwise had no issues. Also, the valet went up $1 and is now $8.

In addition to the booths which require a tip and the bar seating you mention, there are multiple tables by the stage and about 6-7 tables inbetween the stage and booths are no charge. Also, would recommend tipping a dancer on stage anywhere from $5 to $20 if you want them to stop by your table after they are finished dancing.

You walked to Christie's? That place is literally in one of the worst parts of a city I have ever seen. Getting a ride their in the Christie's "party bus" or the time I have driven have each been scary.

Dances are $30 per song, with specials every hour or so of 2 dances for $30, with $30 per dance after the 2. Also, any VIP is Ohio with doors or curtains are most likely going to have cameras. Kahoots is great, but there is really no comparing to Detroi

Had the exact same experience with this dancer. Very pretty, but would definitely avoid.
