Nice facility, needs better talent
Legends has reopened after a fire shuttered the club for a while. The external entrance and building are nothing special from the outside, but the interior of the club if spacious and it looks great. The first floor features a raised stage with stripper poles in the middle of the room. Comfortable chairs and booths line the main room as well as a bar that is located to the left as you enter the club. Evidently the club has several levels and more than one bar but these were not in use during my visit so I cannot comment. I did make one trip upstairs for a private dance. This area consists of a series of cubicles each with a small but comfortable padded chair and a privacy curtain. With the right dancer, the lap dance cubicles are big and private enough to have some fun. Unfortunately, the dancer that I invited to for a lap dance was remarkably conservative (at least by Detroit standards) so I cut our session short after only one dance.
Three areas of disappointment:
1. The number and quality of dancers (maybe 12 at most) was disappointing. My visit was right before a Lions preseason football game so the downtown area was hopping with fans and the club had a pretty good crowd of customers for the number of dancers who were on shift. Many of the dancers were older (as in their 30s and above) and some were a bit pudgy and thick (I know there's a market out there for "thicker" women, just not my taste).
