I rent cars pretty frequently and I’ve definitely noticed the price increase recently. I normally use enterprise and book well in advance of potential trips. This has saved me a lot of $ on my last few rentals as current rates are 3x what I made my reservation at.

Thanks for the review. In the past I think I remember this place asking customers to fill out some sort of membership card before letting them in. Any mention of that on your visit?

If you are staying downtown in St. Louis, the country rock caberet is an option. It is less than a five minutes drive/uber. In terms of aesthetics, it is nice compared to the washington park/Brooklyn clubs.

PC, there is a separate area for private dances. It is off to side of the main floor. You pay the security guard who is sitting outside of the private area prior to entering. There are a few private rooms that are curtained off and relatively private. I noticed cameras in one of my visits back there but not sure if they are recording or if anyone is watching.

Techman I wasn’t offered private dances on this visit, based on past experience I believe it is $20 topless $30 nude.

PC, I believe onyx stl stays open until about 5am on the weekend, so it turns into the after hours spot once the regular bars longes and night clubs in the area close. I have never stayed until closing time, but in past visits I have noticed that it gets super crowded the later it gets and some of the clientele can be sketchy. The club does have plenty of security on hand, so I haven’t seen things get too out of hand on any of my previous visits.
The other black ESL are clubs are open and back to business as usual as far as I know. I visited bottoms up and a newly opened club call dawg pound gentleman’s club over the weekend.
While the majority of the dancers and patrons at onyx are black there were a few white pls in the crowd at onyx when I first arrived. Also saw a couple Hispanic pls as well.

I also heard that a new club named dawg pound gentleman’s club just open. It is around the corner from bottoms up in Brooklyn, IL

I took a trip to Miami the last week of December. My Southwest flight from Chicago was packed full. The return flight was was only about one-third full so I had an entire row to myself. I was initially leery about taking the trip, but I needed to get away. I took a COVID test a few days after the trip & thankfully it came back negative. The trip put me more at ease and I plan on going to Atlanta in a couple of weeks.

The clubs on the Illinois side are all closed for now due to restrictions imposed by the governor. Hopefully the restrictions will be lifted by late December, but who knows.

Cases have been on the rise statewide and the governor has tightened restrictions in most areas. Most clubs/bars in the state are going to out of commission for the couple of weeks at least.

This visit was a little more than a week ago (post-covid). Based on past visits here prices(and nude vs topless) seems to vary by by girl and time of day. In past visits I've been quoted $20 per dance, and the girl has naked right away. Also, some girls offer more than a dance once in the back as well. There seems to be more value and mileage available earlier in the day although the quality of girl goes down a bit.

This is probably another temporary closure for this club & all of the surrounding Washington Park/East St. Lous/Sauget clubs due to restrictions imposed by the state.

I haven’t been in a while & I’m not sure if they are back open yet, but polekatz (Chicago suburbs) had a lot of nice Latina eye candy last time I was there.

Interesting to hear that they now charge for parking in that tiny lot. Also interesting to hear that they had 25+ dancers given the size of the club. I may visit again soon.
