Well - the Miami clubs are obviously filled with tons of Cubans many of which are recent arrivals - I recall a few years ago I was PMing w/ a Russian-dancer from NYC that wanted to dance in Miami but she didn't have papers - she came down and eventually was able to dance at a club or two but in many of the clubs, which had a ton of Cubans, she was unable to dance b/c she didn't have papers - I'm just not currently up to speed on how quickly the Cubans get work-permits; not sure if it's a couple of months or up to a year but doubt it's longer than that.

I'm not sure about the immigration nuances - but I'm pretty-sure almost all the Cuban dancers have papers and are allowed to work legally within a few-months after getting here but not exactly sure.

From a dancer's POV it seems Denver had a good-thing-going for a lot of years in that dance-prices were relatively-high while mileage was relatively-low - but seems the Cuban-invasion has started to head that way and perhaps may start changing the Denver SC status-quo.
It's probably uncommon to find clubs where dancers and custies both agree on their being a good value proposition for both sides - it usually tilts a fair-amount one way or the other.

Customers and dancers will rarely-agree on what the price should be - it's the old "free market" per se - in the "real world" one would assume most businesses/service-providers also gripe about having to lower prices etc.

Extras are not necessarily a must-have for me; I usually do them on the spur-of-the-moment vs going to the club with that solely in mind (although sometimes extras *are* the main-reason I go to the club) – thus for me they are not a must-have as long as the dance-mileage is good; but I *do* like the option of having-extras for when the mood-strikes-me.
I’m currently 52, started clubbing at 30 – I never went to the club to “hang out” and talk like it was a date – when I started I mainly just wanted/liked having instant-access to hot-women that I could grope; I especially liked the variety-aspect of being able to get w/ multiple-hot-women in the span of just a couple of hours (was never a fan of sticking to just one dancer).
I first started clubbing in Dallas at age 30 and extras were not too-common in Dallas at the time – in my early-40s I moved back-home to Miami where extras are pretty-common although not as common in the black-clubs which were the ones I mostly hit. I also joined TUSCL in my early-40s (after I moved back to Miami) and that is when I found-out, or was convinced, extras could be had in strip-clubs (until this time I assumed it was just a scam to take your $$$).
After I moved backdown to Miami in my early-40s is when I started doing some extras but it wasn’t my main-thing – but as I got older I started doing extras a bit more often and I think this may apply to many PLs.
Escorts and strip-clubs are not the same thing – they are different environments etc – escorts often seem to be more “clinical” about it in term of charging for time or sometimes charging a-la-carte; etc - plus one does not have the environment w/ booze; music; dozens of half-naked hot-chicks walking-around; etc.
At the end of the day; just like guys are into different types of girls (one PL’s ‘9’ another guy would not bother with; etc); guys are into different types of experiences – many on-here are older guys – you’ll likely won’t be the same person at 44 or 54 that you are today nor think/feel the same way and/or need the same things.
It seems that you use the strip-club to cure loneliness and/or feel the void of not currently having a GF – which is fine – just that many on here; especially the older-guys; are in a different stage in life and won’t be in the same boat you are.

When this club first opened about 2 years ago, it was only a dayshift club - the club was formerly a nightclub and when the dayshift first got-going about 2 years ago the club still functioned as a nightclub at night (on the weekends I assume) - AFAIK at some point in the last year or so the nightclub was no-longer and thus a nightshift strip-club shift started.
Very few nightshift reviews - I can't recall but at night I think they may charge significantly higher cover-charge and perhaps a parking-charge as well; not sure - I assume the nightshift vibe may be along the old Follies nightshift vibe where it was mostly-black at night and a bit more of a party w/ more hit-or-miss mileage and higher chance of running into a ROB.
Perhaps you can find out when they start charging a high-cover/high-parking charge and try to get there a bit b/f that to avoid those high charges. In the Follies days I'd come in from out of town and I'd go to Follies in the afternoon (4pm or so) and stay thru early-eve to do a bit of the nightshift; this way I usually avoided paying a nightshift cover and parking.

Baby Dolls is consistent - pretty-well-managed and they don't try to nickel-and-dime-you; pretty-good prices for what one gets - the lack of rap-music likely keeps out a certain-element including young-guys that may not want to spend too-much $$$ but like to just hang-out in clubs and thus kinda taking up space - IDK if it still applies but back-in-the-day I believe the club had a rule that every 4th-song-or-so had to be a country-song - I agree that getting dances to a country-song is not the best nor do most dancers like dancing to the country-songs; but for the most-part I tend to tune-out the music and usually only notice the music if it happens to be too-loud - the intermittent country-songs don't bother me too-much and in some ways kinda set a more friendly-vibe to the place - but I agree that the country-songs may be more and more out of place as Dallas has become more and more of a traditional large metro-area with a lot of people from all over vs native Dallasites/Texans.

This isn't much of a dayshift club.
Bare Necessity is barely a strip club - on a "peak" Fr or Sat night it may have maybe 8 dancers if that - and even on a "peak" night Bare Necessity (BN) is the kinda place one just pokes their head in for a bit to see if there may be something of interest but BN is not a club one chooses as their #1 choice for the night - BN is just a small bar with some usually avg to below-avg dancers but the cover is usually cheap (or free); and BN is quiet and laidback and non-pretentious; but it's far from a sure-thing.

This club is open 24-hours and thus gets a late-night party-crowd into the wee-hours of the morning along with a certain-amount of shady-people (the freaks/criminals come out at night) - not the first time there's been violence at this club.

I used to hit this dive in the 2000s when I lived in Dallas - it's a BYOB dive and back then it was mostly Mexican custies and dancers with a few white and a few AA both dancers and custies - the club was a bit rough around the edges - it's a good sized club and had a handful of bouncers inside and a few security-guys outside manning the door.
I was last at this club in September 2018 and only had a short visit but this time around seemed most of the dancers were Cubanas - I didn't stay long enough in that 2018 visit to gauge whether the custies were also now Cuban.

The $300 *is* her tip; all that goes to her; you don't tip on top of that - the $300 is not a "club price"; the customer and dancer negotiate the price and services expected - the best way to go about it is to read reviews and get a sense for the going-rate in a club and offer that vs asking the dancer for a price; asking often yields an inflated quote.
6pm-8pm can often be the worst time to hit a club - most of the dayshift girls are getting ready to leave and many of the nightshift girls haven't arrived. Per Google this place closes late in the weekends so the best talent probably won't be there till past 10pm.
If all u want is dances then it doesn't make sense to pay for a room and a block of time; just get individual dances in the general-dance-area which should be $20/song; and if u click with a particular-dancer then upgrade to a room.

Hmm - AFAIK that would be a first for a SoFlo club.
I wonder if they lost their 24/7 permit or if the club just chose to change their hours - being a party-club it kinda makes-sense to only be open Th-Su - per Google they close at 10am so this seems like a decision the club made vs being imposed by the city given how late they stay open - pre-Covid the party would often be going strong till 8am+ but would fizzle-out by mid-morning.

I wonder if there is some unwritten-rule/unwritten-agreement that no-one messes with the clubs and the gringo-customers - one would think in a high-crime-area like TJ that gringos with pocket$ full of dollars would be targeted more yet one hardly hears of issues with the clubs or gringo-custies - although agreements can be broken at any time given changing-circumstances

A lot of TUSCLers I assume only look at the Reviews section and don't look at the Discussion threads; so putting the info in a review likely makes more TUSCLers aware of the PSA.
