OT: If you want to feel old...Never really watched M*A*S*H.
I do recall the Dolphins/Redskins SB (I had recently turned 13) - that SB was for the strike-shortened '82 season.
I remember the "Who Shot JR" thing - I used to watch the show Dallas since it aired on Friday nights.

Tuscl wish list I can see the merits of a super-majority voting system but I think this will piss-off even more submitters and with time IMO this will further-deter review-submittals and total # of reviews which is the lifeblood of TUSCL - a simple-majority is not perfect but IMO it's the lesser of all evils - although there are people that write shitty/fake reviews just to get VIP, there are people that are just not good at writing but can write marginal/passable reviews and they can get better over time.

Tuscl wish list I think we have too many forums diluting discussions - IMO we should just have a Discussions forum and an Off Topic forum and maybe make the Off Topic forum be something that needs to be enabled by the individual user in order to see it - threads in the Discussion forum should only be related to mongering and any particular thread one doesn't like (e.g. TJ threads) IMO the Hide function suffices

Tuscl wish list Kinda a cosmetic thing - someway of signaling an "ignored comment" occurred so it makes it a bit easier to follow certain threads - for example:
Comment A followed by
Ignored Comment (which is currently invisible)
Followed by Comment C (which is replying to the Ignored Comment but looks like it's replying to Comment A)
Easier if it's:
Comment A (followed by a generic text such as)
[Ignored Comment] followed by
Comment C
The latter lets the reader know Comment C was responding to an Ignored Text and not to Comment A

Artless dances in an unremarkable placeI lived in Dallas from 2000 - 2010 - it was in Dallas where I picked-up the SC-habit - this was the 2nd-club I hit when I moved there and it was in my rotation for about 2 or 3 years b/f it started declining and it fell-out of my rotation - even back then it was more miss than hit compared to other clubs - this club IMO may appeal to those that have a preference for dives and the type of talent that goes with it (back when I lived in Big-D the area around the club was pretty-low-rent and seedy especially at night.

The US Shrinking Money Supply!Inflation should go down "numerically" on a year-over-year basis when it starts being compared to the high-levels of 2022 - e.g. a year-over-year of let's say 3% in April of 2023 would be a "decrease" compared to the 9 6% of April 22 but that would be 3% on top of that 9.6% meaning prices are still even higher - we would need *deflation* for prices to come down from their current-elevated-levels and not merely less inflation - that year-over-year argument can also be nade to higher 2024 #s when compared to likely lower 2023 #s that in turn are compared to 2022 #s

Cigars, why do clubs allow them?I grew up with parents that smoked and always found it nasty.
When in the club and a dancer approaches me with cig in hand or mouth I turn her down 99% of the time bc I'm just turned-off by it.

Cigars, why do clubs allow them?I've never been a smoker thus l'd prefer a non-smoking venue - I can tolerate it in most clubs but not so-much if someone is right next to me; and some cigs/cigars def stink a lot more than others to me as a non-smoker - but over-the-years I've been in some-club were I felt like I was chocking from so many smokers in the club.
I know smokers that won't smoke in their homes or car yet feel it's their right to stink up an indoor-venue.

Cigars, why do clubs allow them? For most non-smokers it sucks ti have to breath-in that shit and in-a-way be forced to smoke with the smokers and often walk-out smelling like an ashtray - the stink gets on the dancers also and one can smell it on their hair when they're grinding with their back to u and close to ur face - also last time I checked second-hand-smoke was a health-hazard - if they are gonna allow smoking it should be in a separate-area/room so non-smokers are not forced to breathe that shit in - "your right to swing your fist stops at my nose" i.e. "your right to smoke" shouldn't be at the expense of those that do not.

Cigars, why do clubs allow them?^ All clubs in SoFlo allow smoking - this is something usually regulated by the city or county not by the club. Most cities around the country have banned indoor-smoking in clubs but da-dirty-South still allows it

Looks like potentially great experience if you have time Your use of "VIP" is misleading - "VIP" can mean different things in different clubs/areas but "VIP" is often referred to as a private room with just u and the dancer - what this club has is a lap-dance-area which is communal/share to-boot - and from what I recall the wall dividing the dance-area from the main-roon had a good-sized opening that anyone walking-by could easily look into the dance area and I assume the reason the opening was there although the last tine I was there the opening had a beaded curtain but a bouncer or staff could still look in - and the dance-area is small which one notices on a busy-night when there may be like 6- couples in there getting dances.

Looks like potentially great experience if you have time I haven't been here since pre-Covid but it was not that lame when I used to visit - kinda odd u can't tip on stage although I've never been a big-stage-tipper thus I don't recall if one was able to. Back then I never got a dance that wasn't topless and they were 2-way-contact (grinding and groping t&a) - a lot of the Cocoa Beach dancers come from Orlando where air-dancers are the norm and the law so some dancers would come to Cocoa Beach with that expectation and I occasionally ran into a low-mileage-dancer but IME it wasn't that common sibce those dancers didn't sell many dances.
I only visited this club at night and usually on a Friday night. I get the sense the fewer dancers on dayshift may be colluding to keep the mileage down (?) - I'd recommend hitting the club on a Fr or Sat night to see all it has to offer - if u can't visit at night then try a Fr or Sat afternoon since there'll likely be more/varied dancers.

Not as bad as I thot, but I get the reputation Lots of atl clubs have this M.O. – it mostly depends on the jurisdiction/city-limits they are in – many of the jurisdictions have strict-ordinances leading to just air-dances – I don’t recall any review where someone got extras in this club – there’s only a handful of atl clubs where one can get good-contact dances (and sometimes more) but o/w many atl clubs are a waste unless one is there just to party.

Some hotties, but not super friendly“… when I left around 930pm, there was a sign that the cover was now $30 because of some fight that they had on TV …”
I once visited this club on a Saturday eve and only made it to the front door once they told me I had to pay a high-cover b/c they were showing a PPV event – I had no interest in watching the PPV event so I left for another club.
“… I found many of the girls clustered together and talking to each other rather than spending time with customers …”
Every club has its M.O. – clubs that have a lot of customer-traffic the dancers will sometimes just hustle when they feel like it either b/c there are lots of custies/targets to hit throughout the night, or b/c they have their regulars – also not uncommon for dancers to just chill early-in-the-night/shift and wait to hustle when the club is at its peak late(r) in the evening.
“… I approached one pair of girls, and they initially looked at me almost like I was bothering them by joining them …”
As posted b/f; every club has its M.O. – if dancers are hanging w/ each other or by themselves and not approaching custies it’s perhaps b/c they don’t feel like hustling/working at that moment in time – best to ask if u can join them or ask if u can buy them a drink vs just plopping -own next to them uninvited.
“… Within a few minutes she took the drink and said she’d be “right back” but then went to go hang out with her friends again …”
Again – every club has its M.O. – in some clubs unless one is a regular; one is only as good as the $$$ they’re spending – this club is big on VIP/extras as that is what many/most dancers in this club are interested in – while they’re are sitting w/ u keeping u company until you’re ready for more dances; they could be missing out on a $200 to $300 VIP w/ another custy that is ready to spend that $$$ - a dancer sitting w/ u keeping u company waiting till you’re ready for a couple of $10-dances may be what’s best for u but not what’s best for the dancer in clubs like this one where most dancers are focused on scoring VIPs vs selling-dances (often they sell dances as a way to upsell to VIP which is what mo$t want) – while they’re sitting w/ u till you’re ready; another dancer could be scoring that $200+ VIP she could have scored instead (don’t hate the playa; hate the game).
“… The guy at the front of the VIP room and told me he was doing a “special” for the VIP of $50 for 15 minutes and $90 for 30 minutes. Not sure if this is really a special or what the normal prices …”
AFAIK those are the normal prices – and FYI, this club functions differently than most other SoFlo clubs – in this club one pays the full VIP amount to the club upfront; the clubs keeps $50 then gives the rest to the dancer – i.e. the going-rate is usually $250 all-in – u pay the $250 to the club (upfront); they keep $50 and the dancer gets $200 (different dancers will charge different prices so u negotiate upfront b/f agreeing to VIP) – but w/e u negotiate u pa that to the club upfront and they keep $50 and they give the rest to the dancer.
“… I didn’t get the sense that she would offer any higher mileage back there so I didn’t take her up on it. …”
In this club, like most SoFlo clubs; VIP implies full-service (fucking-and-sucking) – always kosher to verify service upfront especially if one is unfamiliar w/ a club – but it’s rare to not get full-service in this club (and most SoFlo clubs) in VIP.
“… Most of the girls I ran into did not speak English that well, so I would recommend having the music NOT be so LOUD …”
This is kinda a party-club – not real-good for chilling espeically on a Saturday night – Cheetah Pompano is a bit more laidback as well as some other SoFlo clubs.
“… Recruit a broader array of girls …”
Clubs generally don’t recruit girls – they hire who shows up to dance there if they pass their minimum-looks-requirement – Cuban-dancers tend to be aggressive and also often undercut other dancers – i.e. when Cubanas take over a club; most other dancers leave – clubs often don’t have much of a choice especially in SoFlo – the Cubanas are often attractive/attractive-enough and often willing to go the extra-mile which keeps custies coming-in and spending.
