^ the way I see it is now that where gasoline is not used, the land can be used for many other purposes, the permitting will more than likely, not be as intensive, you might be able to put level 2 chargers in other locations where a captive audience might be stuck for 20-40 minutes providing opportunities to sell them other items like lunch or dinner or hard goods that will make that parking space a great marketing opportunity.

There’s a lot of money to be made opening EV charging facilities, 6% of all auto sales are EVs, once they standardize the charging protocol I can see someone setting up charging stations and getting existing businesses to subsidize the costs. Right now the projections are that by 2030, thirty percent of all the autos on the road will be EVs. That one heck of a market and it’s going to create tremendous business opportunities.

Very often the use of eminent domain is a payoff to a politically connected land owner, often used to avoid the scrutiny of a direct sale transaction. In this case it’s very likely a payoff for the property owners and associates.

Years back the Pagans used to have girls working in some of the strip clubs on Long Island, they would usually drop off and pick up girls at several clubs mainly on the south shore, I never heard that they had any problems, but I did know in Brooklyn most of the clubs were owned by Russians and Italians, and it wouldn’t surprise me to hear of a relationship between the M. C. Clubs and some strip clubs.

I don’t remember a lot of fat young people in general before the internet and since the pandemic it seems like these kids don’t really do anything that doesn’t include a screen. I happen to agree with you that standards have become pathetic. I attribute the lack of standards to the generation of people raised to believe they were entitled to a participation trophy, and now it appears that participation, if it requires any effort on their part, is nonexistent.

I think it depends on which clubs you go to, at least here in South Florida it does, the better clubs have more fit pretty women, what I’ve noticed is the divier places get a lot of chubby girls, I’ve also noticed the youngest girls seem to be pretty chunky.
I don’t remember so many fat girls back in the 80s & 90s.

Historically speaking there have been plenty of dark haired beauties, I would say that it’s really not uncommon, think about Liz Taylor, Rita Hayworth, Jacki Bisset, and so many more, Helen of Troy was supposed to be a brunette, I think many people would say that beautiful women come in all flavors.
