The cost of money isn’t really that high actually it’s more aligned with historical norms, when I bought my first house interest on my mortgage was about 8% and it’s now lower than that, problem we’re facing now even though inflation is tapering down, the past few years caused a run up in prices, that’s been fairly unexpected and there’s not much to bring down prices happening now, deflation would cause a whole new set of issues and that wouldn’t be very helpful to most folk.

Casinos and restaurants and as Skibum mentioned some outside the city casinos, I usually stay with friends who like to head to the older side of downtown, but I never hit the clubs, probably because I never do Vegas as a single.

Usually wear a pair of blue or black jeans with a T-shirt long or short sleeves depending on the weather, ballcap, and slip ons or boots. Stopped shaving my head about six months ago and now I’m looking like a hippy, with a short beard

There were a bunch of places on Montauk Highway in western Suffolk County on Long Island the only one I remember the name was Thee Dollhouse, another on Route 110 in Farmingdale near Adventurers inn, I remember that one because it was a place where for the price of a pitcher the girls would give you a blow job.
