Noticed the $20.00 dance too. My buddies got some dances (they never asked the price up front), but as long as I've been going there, $10.00 along the wall, but both of them got 2 dances each and the girls said $40.00. Not sure if that's the "rookie price" or if that's the going rate now.

Desert- The rating is "How comfortable are you in the setting" and I was a 10. Sure, its not the nicest, fanciest place, but as far as being comfortable in there, I gave it a 10. Usually one of the only white guys in there, but have never felt out of place or "looked at" or anything like that. So that is why I gave it a 10 rating for that particular section.

Cargo shorts with 4 pockets. 20s in one, 10s in one, 5s in the other, 1s in the last. Bring as much as you think you will need plus stash another $40.00 in your sock/shoe (just in case). Used to go down there once a week when I lived in San Diego and never had any problems.

Agree with Penthouse. Get yourself some char grilled oysters at Acme, and then walk right across the street into Penthouse. Don't even waste your time with ANY club on Bourbon. Penthouse had the hottest, youngest dancers BY FAR.

Depends on what you want. If you want a dive bar, hassle free, chill experience....Bandaids. Girls aren't the best quality, but the drinks are cheap and the atmosphere is chill. Dances can be GREAT, too! $10.00 floor, $20.00 VIP. If you like Latinas, Chicas is good. Lots and lots of Latin (both dancers and patrons). Never felt "unsafe" in there, and the mileage is probably the best of all the clubs I've been to in Phoenix (non VIP). $10.00 dances in the booths are fantastic (beer, no hard liquor). Agree with Jaguars....biggest club, probably, but lots of "show offs" in the club and it can get really crowded. Bourbon Street for your typical "white, enhanced" stripper. Do NOT go to Explicit in Glendale. It's nice and big inside but the girls are pushy and rude, and the bouncers watch you like a hawk.

After a club (Roxies, in East St Louis), I got in a taxi and the guy started driving. About 2 miles down the road, he tells me its $30.00 to take me to my hotel (Crown Plaza). I tell him to go fuck himself, and I only paid $20.00 to get here. He kicks me out of his cab on that desolate road between the bridge and Brooklyn, IL/Roxies (If you have driven there from St. Louis, you know the road I am talking about) and I start walking (drunk as fuck, by myself) on the side of the road. I walked for about 15 minutes and by some grace of God, I see a cars headlights (this is like 3am in the morning, mind you) and it was a taxi. The dude told me that it was my lucky day and that he NEVER stops on this road to pick anyone up (I'm a regular looking white guy...maybe helped my case?) and that I was a fucking idiot for being out here this late by myself. At the time, I was so drunk I didn't realize how dumb I was, but now that I look back, I was REAL fucking dumb! All on principle of an extra $10.00 to get me back to my hotel, lol. Never again!

I have been to Roxy's (Brooklyn, IL...across the bridge...take a taxi!) a couple of times. Not the best looking girls, but they are fun, you can get extras, and they serve booze and are open until 4am. Had some great times there. Dingy, old, dirty spot, but its something that you will have to see at least once in your lifetime lol.

Vegas style clubs...um...not really in Phoenix. Best bet for most clean looking and attractive ladies would be Bourbon Street Circus that would be comparable to a "Vegas" type club. As far as layout and atmosphere, Jaguars isn't bad. It's fairly large, so you can chill by yourself if you want...it does get crowded late night though. Phoenix is more about the bang for your buck though. Standard dances at most places are $10.00 and go up from there if you go VIP. If you want to chill with the common folk and hang out at more of a bar type club, as well as like Latinas/Cubans, hit up Chicas, Bandaids or T&A on Central. Friday afternoons are great for most clubs. Saturday day time has been shitty the last few times I went to Chicas and Bandaids. If you want to bust a nut, hit up Blue Moon Lounge.

I just refinanced with them. Incredibly easy process. I cut my mortgage rate down from 4.375% to 3.875%. Only about $40.00 a month in savings, BUT....I have had my current mortgage only 10 months. so I didn't have too much equity into it. You get to "skip a payment", I got a $500.00 "friends and family referral" check, plus my escrow money back from my other lender. Nothing out of pocket, about break even on what I had put into the first loan already, and a lower rate. I would take that every day of the week.

I have a story that deals with after the club, not actually at it. Was in St. Louis in 2006, saw a Cardinals game, then went over the river to Roxys. Cab ride there was $20.00. Left Roxys at about 2:30am, jump in a cab, starts to drive, then I ask him how much the ride was back to the Sheraton in St. Louis. He tells me $30.00. I tell him that's bullshit and that I only paid $20.00 to get here. (I'm drunk as a skunk btw). Words get exchanged and he tells me to get the fuck out of his cab. Basically dropped me off on that stretch of road on 2nd St headed back to the river. Walked for about a mile before I see a pair of headlights. Turns out it was a cab and I flagged him down. He asks me, "Are you stupid? What are you doing walking out here by yourself at 3am? and then tells me he usually would never pull over for someone in this part of town. I get in his cab and he took me back to my hotel for $20.00. At the time, I was too drunk to realize how stupid and scary it was. Now that I look back, my guardian angel was there with me that night for sure!

Saw Pauly Shore at Bare Elegance in Hawthorne back in the day. The whole club basically stopped and stared when he walked in and about 10 strippers flocked towards his table.

If you get in that late, definitely take an Uber/taxi. Going across the border, you now have to show a passport/passport card and fill out a customs form (like if you were arriving by plane/ship). If you are staying for less than a week, there is no fee. No more than a $5.00 taxi ride to/from the border to Hong Kong/Adelitas (They are a few hundred feet away from each other). Adelitas is the spot to chill and have beers and fuck. Hong Kong is the spot to party, watch strippers and live shows and also fuck. You will probably have more fun at Hong Kong, but spend less at Adelitas. Food recommendations........... Saturday, I would hit up one of these spots (google them or Yelp them) 1. Tortas Wash Mobile- Calle Jalisco. Carne asada torta...best torta in the world! My single favorite food item in Mexico. Been around since 1964 on a street cart. Don't miss it! Its great! 2. Tacos Fitos- Near the Mercado Hidalgo- Calle Javier Mina. Birria (beef) tacos. The best! 3. Tacos Franc- Across the street from Mercado Hidalgo. Open real late 4am I think. I would personally go there right after you cross the border on Friday night to get some tacos..start the trip off right! Have fun man! Watch your back, dont get too drunk and don't wander alone late night out on the streets. I love Tijuana and miss it now that I moved out of CA.

Shorts are the norm in Phoenix. I only wear cargo shorts and never have felt out of place at any of the clubs, even the "fancier" ones like Bourbon Street. Never saw anyone rocking the basketball shorts...at least not yet. Might seem out of place if you go that route.

A few tips from me...... Don't get belligerent. A few beers is fine but don't get piss drunk. If you can, go during the day. Ive been down dozens of times by myself and never ever had a problem. Ive taken adventures too like taking the bus, routa taxis etc and never felt unsafe. You wont catch me down there by myself at night but many people do go down. The media blows stuff out of proportion. Its not that bad guys. Go to the bank in the US before you go. I usually take 100 down there, 50 in 5s and 50 in ones for the Hong Kong club and always have an amazing time. Its always good to have exact change. The food down there is amazing. Venture out a little and eat some stuff you arent used to. I have eaten at many street carts and have never gotten sick. Last tip....enjoy yourself. Mexican women are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! You can get whatever you want down there for less than 100 bucks 99% of the time. Have fun!

If you are coming to LA for strip clubs, my suggestion would be to rent a car and drive 2 hours south to Tijuana. Go to the Hong Kong Club and thank me later. Not only will your dollar take you farther, they encourage touching! Plus the added bonus is, most of the chicks that work there are hookers so if you see something you like, you can probably bone her upstairs for 60-80 bucks. That will get you 2 lap dances at some clubs in LA. You tell me whats better?

So....I submitted an "Add a listing" for Tubo Tubo. I stopped by there on Thursday night. Weird fucking place! Once they add the listing on here, I will write my review. Fully nude, 5 dancers were there, 4 BBW Hispanic girls and one skinny black dancer. More details to come once I can write a full review for it.

They open up the back gates sometimes, too. They have a huge dirt lot out back and a guy out there watching cars (I give him a couple bucks on my way out, usually).

Had that shit happen there once with the whole "keep your hands down". White guy bouncer, younger (early 30s, maybe?), constantly moving about. Only happened once, though, so maybe he was on the rag or something? Haven't been there in months and may stay away.

HavaV6- Application/Renewal of a liquor/beer license was what I was told. Once they get that secured, hopefully it will be back to normal. Chicas just aint the same without the "usual" fun and games. Was/is my favorite club, too, but if it's going to be like this for an extended period of time, I won't go back.

Dude, right? I've had multiple trips there where I have only purchased my drink. Some nights there are multiple chicks that are my type, and some nights there aren't any. I would suggest trying out Chicas as a good alternative (same boat sometimes...either real, real good, or dead but at least worth a shot if you haven't been yet).

Nice review! It's very true, sometimes almost annoying, when some of the older Hispanic gents are basically turned around staring at you while you get your dance. Mind your own biz, or pony up the $10.00 for your own dance! LOL. When Chicas has the right dancers working, the lappers are probably the best $10.00 dances in town where your hands can roam.
