There are some guys who look just for some company and conversation.. If that is all that want or need, compensating a dancer for it is what would be almost expected..... I am not saying hundreds or any outrageous amount...Maybe the cost of a few dances for her time.... If we are talking to someone, we are not dancing for any of thee others there, so at that monent we are not making any money.. If you stop to talk to a coworker do those minutes come off your paycheck? .. If I am not dancing for you, I could be using that time else where in the club dancing for someone else..

Our club has a jukebox for music(sad to say) anyway, The doorman, manager and myself(I was on a bartending shift) are standing by the mike we use to announce the girls on stage. The door guy is holding his cell phone up to the mike playing "stairway to heaven" inbetween songs, a dancer looks at us and says "when did we get this in the jukebox" Great way to end the night on a laugh last night..

I am a dancer, and bartender where I work......I tend not to powt anything here though.... Even though you all seem to like clubs, most of you like to put us all down at the same time .......I don't get that at all.....

To Yoda, and others, thanks for letting some like to hear from us....... I love getting infomation of what you guys think, and not just hearing what is wrong with us, or the industry itself, but what makes it worthwhile for you to go !!!

Did you really use the word pimp???? Granted alot of strippers, don't know how to manage thier lives or money.... There are many out there with regular jobs with the same damn problems......Many of us love the biz, and the money it provides us, as a mother of 3 and a wife of 15 years I do not need or want a "pimp" nor can I think of anyone I work with who would ......

As a dancer, I don't understand this at all ......... Now if we have done a few dances, and the grinding is going well, it can be somewhat exciting for us,but not to where I am gonna bust one......... Hell if I could do that I'd be dancing 24/7

I have to agree that it is a little scarey how much he seems to dwell on this....... I had a few customers, who are no longer customers because we are now friends, we talk on the phone, and know what's going on in our real lives.... These friendships developed after time not right off the bat, and after we realized we had things that supported us having a freindship......I don't give out my phone number standing in line at the store....I am sure not going to give out that info untill there is a reason too...... RL, have you ever thought maybe you make someone to uncomfortable to give you that info!!!

I understand wanting to haggle the price of a dance..... I love when I find a good sale... I will not usually give discounts at all, but If someone has been enjoyable and buying dances, I will give one or 2 on me at the end...... I would rather surprize someone with a bonus dance or 2, because they have been a worthy customer that I have enjoied dancing for........ I really don't mind if customers ask for a discount, just don't be a dick about it if I say no......

Let's see, if your fingers are in her pussy, how many other fingers have been there just in a night ???? I can't figure out why you would want your fingers in a high traffic zone like that anyway !!!!!

I've said this before, If I could bust one giving a dance, I'd be working 7 days a week pulling doubles !!

Ok, the topic at hand, I won't totally BS someone to stroke thier ego, if it is something to really compliment then I will... When things click well between a dancer and a customer, the stroking of both egos just happen..Right Bones !!!

UGH. calluses on them yikes.... For me, just not a thing for me.... We have a lot of girls at my club who are, and so guys can at least find one if thats what they want in our club.. I just don't like the idea of being a saliva depository for a bunch of different people.. I mean that means your basically Frenching the last dude that was there, just without swapping tongues...

I see this all the time when I bartend.. Girls that just won't stop, and I have seen guys get angry and sometimes even leave...As a dancer, I will ask if you would like a dance and if you say no, then its no... Hell tell me who you want, I'll go get her...

It sounds like a great idea, if we can wing it, I don't know... We'll see over the next few months if it can work out..
