In person, I always prefer natural. I don't like it, especially the rock hard ones, I fucking hate that shit.
But I will say, a lot of my all time favorite pornstars possess a enhanced rack. Jasmine St. Claire, Trina Michaels, Carmella Bing, Velicity Von. The latter two it's kind of hard to tell. To me those are like 10's but then again I haven't felt them, it seems contact changes everything.

I wouldn't score a small chested woman as a 10, but I very probably would get dances from her. Bowling ball tits don't do a thing for me, and I am dumbfounded by the guys who obviously don't care how fake, so long as they are huge.

I think this may be an unpopular opinion, but I will say "yes". As long as they look natural for the particular woman.
I don't think it's unusual to not be bothered by small boobs, Rightfield. In fact, for some girls, big boobs (even natural ones) might look out of place.
I know that 10's are rare. And I haven't seen that many during my years of clubbing. But I've seen many 8.5's and 9's over the years. In many shapes, sizes, colors, and personal styles. To me, it's how the total package comes together.

They would have to be so good, and match the body type....that I can't tell they've had work done. If I can tell, total turn off for me. So I guess the answer is no.

I absolutely love a natural beauty. but if a girl has some itty Bitties on top I don't mind if she gets a nice boob job. a lot of these boob jobs that are being done now are great in their feel and look.

No. Breast implants, butt implants, calf implants, are all automatic disqualifiers for being a perfect 10. Like porn stars with fake tits and other implants -Chasey Lain, Anna Bell Peaks, Jessica Jaymes, they ay look great butt they just don't feel or move right. Brazil's Miss Bon-Bon (greatest ass) are all disqualified if they have surgery of any kind on their derrieres.

I have a very strong preference for natural breasts over implants. Also, breast size is far less important to me than breast shape, nipple and areola appearance, and how everything "comes together" on a particular body. A "perfect" woman for me in terms of appearance could have anywhere from an "A" cup to a "D" cup, but if I'm thinking that highly of her, it usually means I think she's perfectly proportioned for her body type, has a really cute face, and that I also enjoy talking to her. So even though I do have a strong preference for natural, I can't say with certainty that I'd NEVER consider a woman with tastefully done implants to be right up there with the most attractive ladies I've seen. As much as I love natural breasts, it's certainly possible for a woman with implants to completely win me over with other traits...
