What happened to all the petty and vindictive drama on this website? For years it was worse than any strip club dressing room. Maybe it has to do with all the big names on here seemed to have left but it's always been a thing, Even back way before my time on here you had people like Shadowcat and founder beefing. Like....it's just what we do on here, nobody gets along wtf is going on right now???

^^^ I think that’s correct. The political bickering has gone elsewhere. NGL I kind of like the peaceful, respectful, dare I say, supportive banter. It’s really rare for a non-moderated site. Let’s try to keep it this way!
There are occasional disagreements over the veracity of the reviews (as always) and whether or not AI involved but I agree with @Manuellabore, a lot of angst has gone elsewhere
@lurkingdog I think honest challenges to veracity of reviews is not only fair, but valuable. To those unfamiliar with a club, it is beneficial to learn when there are different perspectives, but it's entirely possible to make a point with civility, even if you believe somebody is a complete dumbass or is being deliberately deceptive. Some people are just congenitally unable to disagree without being disagreeable. When I see that, whether directed toward me or others, I just block them (maybe that makes me a bitch, as Baristfan says downthread). They no longer have anything to say that is useful to me. And, again, I am blissfully unaware of what's going on in Politics posts. Somebody might be saying something on there that I would consider to be outrageous and yet still have useful intel on SCs
I was a long time contributor to the angst and I no longer participate because I simply put those who attacked my wife on here on ignore long ago. I did it for all y'all, because I fight nasty with people for a living, so its meaningless here.

In addition to what others have said, there has been less egotistical posts compared to the past. Those were the personalities who gave the best reactions if they got trolled. Umm…not that I would ever would do any of that. 👀

That's because the most caustic people to me have muted me, no more fun to poke at old, close minded baldies. They prefer to age vent in a vacuum.....that's where everybody agrees with their world view.
I enjoy(ed) stirring up the shit they think doesn't stink. But, at least now I can spout off about them, and they don't see it....so it stands without a defense.
