Lots of speculation that this happened because management stopped paying bribes. I wonder how true that is and also if other clubs may be affected.
I also wonder just how many of these unlicensed places there are around town and what the conditions are for dancers and patrons. I'd certainly never heard of this joint.
This place seemed pretty substantial to have zero clearance to be conducting business. I’ve occasionally heard of underground clubs in different places but never been to one. I always envision them as tiny, hood spots with 40 people packed in a scary basement

I cant imagine these joints have hotter strippers, probably just better party favors.

they obviously didn't pay their bribes this was going on for at least an entire year
