First true OTC experience and it was pretty great but I feel I got taken by one girl. Paid them both the same fee, both CBJ but only the one girl was doing FS while the other (way hotter) kept her bottom on the whole time. I got FS from her ITC before and she told me once she got to my place that she was on her period but still a little annoyed since I thought I was paying for the full experience from both.
Can’t complain too much since the other was great and she was still involved but wondering how you guys would handle this?

I agree with chunkychicano. You should ask for a refund from the girl on her period. But I am doubtful she will give you one. So if she refuses, I would ask her for a solo OTC at a greatly reduced cost.
A first time threesome is always a crap shoot. It sounds like the hotter girl orchestrated this since she was on her period but still wanted to get paid. . We live and we learn. Maybe next time work out the details a bit more before the event, like making sure she knows that you only pay the full double freight if they both fully participate. . I've done a handful of threesome over the years. A couple were great and the rest were meh to ok. It was fun for me as a novelty, but probably not something I would do again.

Your opportunity to renegotiate occurred when she informed you of her condition, which essentially voided your initial deal. You agreed to the updated terms of your agreement at that point. I would have either waived her or both of them off or offered her a discounted rate commensurate with the reduced service, but that ship has sailed.
She's not completely without blame, she could have handled it better by informing you prior to showing up. You could have renegotiated or rescheduled at that point with no hard feelings. You can certainly attempt to negotiate a follow up at a discounted rate, but that seems sketchy and unlikely to bear fruit. Asking for a refund after you agreed to go through with it is absurd though. If it were me, and I made the same mistake of going through with it, I'd write it off as a mistake and move on from that girl. I wouldn't go out of my way to tell her why, just pass next time. If she asked why, I'd tell her. And I'd consider her offers if she attempted to make amends for her part in the situation, but I wouldn't peruse it further. I may move on from the other one too, if I felt she was aware and went along with it.
Refund lol. I once told a stripper I was reporting her to the Stripper Board of Ethics. She got mad, to a degree where I wondered if she thought that was a real thing. Lame duck seems like the right take on it. Either she's seriously dumb, or she wasn't interested in getting any more of your money.
Like Steve Winwood said, don't worry too much, it will happen to you. Assaulting someone who's ripped you off is a highly risky solution. I experience fewer ripoffs simply because strange doesn't appeal to me that much. Usually it's ambiguous whether it's a clear ripoff, since sex workers avoid saying in detail beforehand what they are willing to do. As long as prostitution is illegal, they have non-rip-off reasons for doing so.

Every time I've been duped into a threesome, all ITC, it wasn't worth the extra $. As to OP's situation, agree he's in no position to ask for a refund, and wouldn't get it anyway, and I would have no interest in requesting future "discounts". She's a ROB at heart, and I would have nothing to do with her.

With that said, threesomes are ALWAYS going to be inequitable and awkward! Even if the one chica hadn't been on the rag... there still would have been a lame duck in the mix. There always is in a trio, and as long as the lame duck isn't you I think you're doing alright.
IMHO, the idea of a threesome is almost always better than the actual experience, especially considering the cost.
