Club Managers...STOP hiring Fat Hoes and tatted hoes.

Lol, tell us what you really think. I actually agree with you regarding fat dancers, they're not what I want to see but there are some guys that like them. Case in point, I was in a local club a couple nights ago and there was this fatty that was at least 60lbs overweight on stage. She had a big gut, her thighs were all cellulite and probably the same diameter of my waist but some guy went up and generously tipped her and when she stepped off the stage they walked off together for lap dances. Ugh!

I've eased my thoughts on tats some. I've seen some very hot women with multiple tattoos but yeah there is a point of over doing it but I suppose it depends on how hot the girl is regarding tattoo overkill.

Tbh, I think hiring obese chicks are a dumb idea. But if girls are thick and have a little extra pounds, or they might be in their mid 50s or early 60s, but still can provide UHM dances and extremely good extras, I would rather dance with them, then someone that has a 10/10 physique and air dances.

Lack of standards and accepting anything and everything is what has gotten club quality to go downhill fast. There has to be standards and not this whole “Well some people like it” crap. Well let them go elsewhere.

Ready2MongerApe, this rick is certainly in agreement regarding the desirability of sexy females working in the club. However, the challenge for club managers is the fact that the sexiest of females can find work options that do not involve removing their clothing for demented perverts.

This may shock you, but I am pretty confident that no uber-sexy hairless ape female has ever said “hey Becky, you know what I wanna do today? Make $100 by sucking off some fossilized lawyer that jacks off while he rage posts on random strip club boards. And it will be a special bonus if he went to the worst law school in the country.”

This simple fact makes it difficult for managers to create a club environment where all of the females look like Sydney Sweeney, Scarlett Johansson, and Jennifer Lawrence. But remember that there are typically diamonds in any pile of coal. I mean really, we didn’t need a link to a photo of fatsos to know what they look like. but I know what you mean about the tattoos. I do see lots of strippers with excessive tattoos. I don’t like that either.

All that said, there are usually at least a few strippers with either no tattoos or minimal tattoos and that’s who I go with for dances

My last Thursday visit to Desires I would describe 20 of the dancers as fat. Further, the true obesity epidemic in this country is best shown by how women's clothing sizes have changed. In high school one of my cousins was 5' 2" 100lbs. She wore a size 5. Same exact size 45 years later and she is size 0. Another example? Sure. Marilyn Monroe at her ultimate hotness was a 16. Today she'd be an 8.

a. ive noticed this too and often find myself asking myself "WHY is this chick a stripper? HOW could she possible be making any money". The job is, at its core, to be a professional hot chick. Fatter and more tatted up dancers is a trend in clubs but its also a trend in society at large - we get fatter every year and tattoos, piercings hairstyles, etc. get "edgier" every year. The strip clubs reflect this as does the mall and walmart. b. I also think that, more importantly, post-pandemic it seems most clubs are struggling to stay open and staffed so the managers probably feel like they have no choice but to hire whoevers willing to do the job just to have some warm bodies on stage. A possible solution would be physically smaller clubs - managers wouldnt feel the need to hire 15 chicks with a third of them physically questionable or worse. Put up a partition or curtain, cut the club space down 33% and just hire the best ten. I love thick and curvy women but they should be fit and healthy looking - shits gotten out of hand and now unhealthily obese young women call themselves "thicc" instead of exercising. c. Another possible solution? More cubanas! Once again thank god for the latinas...

Seeing 75% of the girls with excessive tattoos frustrates me even more than fat ones at this point. It makes them all kind of look the same. No one stands out. Every single one would look better without the tats and they’d be more popular with 90% of men.

Perhaps I'm alone in this, but I like dancers with tattoos. I enjoy the "bad girl" vibe they give off.

The fatness isnt being caused by eating. You dont get morbidly obese from too much ice cream. Only man made medications, chemicals, vaccines, xrays, supplements, environment, can cause that.

I agree standards have gone down in strip clubs, but I don't think it is because clubs are choosing to hire substandard women. They are hiring the best women that they can.

It isn't like they are turning away 7s and 8s in favor of hiring 3s and 4s. There simply aren't enough 7s and up wanting to strip for a living to fill even 1/3 of the strip clubs that are still in business. That leaves desperate club owners trying to hire whatever ladies they can to try to stay open.

Eventually many of the clubs will close because of the lack of talent. As the number of clubs drop, the best looking dancers will become more concentrated in the few clubs that survive which will make for better lineups. However, the elimination of the lower end clubs will also lead to significantly higher prices at the handful of clubs that survive since there is no competition left.

the gradual decline in girl quality imho began maybe around 2005. gong back 7 years ago my fave of 5-6 months had tats all over the place. she even had a tat of a big motor engine from her shoulder to the elbow. currently it's 2024 and i can barely find one i look forward to seeing on a regular basis, unless i book a flight to say florida. and with my luck the picking in florida will probably suck too.

I thought most dancers were independent contractors, so the clubs don't really care.

The clubs care to the extent that the girls must represent the image the club is attempting to portray. Also, if the girls are not deemed to be attractive by potential customers, the club will generate less revenue.

Dont some clubs charge a big house fee to the dancers? If the club charges big house fee to dancers, and minimal to no house fees for customers taking dancers to VIP- they may not care about dancers fatness, but if the dancers arent able to sell dances or get money through some other means theyll quickly weed themselves out of working there!

I think the clubs' hiring practices are generally in line with what they think will make them money. In my town the clubs are pretty much constrained to take on at least a few overweight dancers because otherwise there would simply be no dancers on many shifts. So then the vicious cycle gets started -- the only women who are dancing, are overweight; so guys buy dances from the only dancers available; so the dancers and the club get the message that guys want overweight women; so the club hires overweight women and the other women stop trying to lose weight; so the only women who are dancing, are overweight; so ...

Fuck this shit. Do not enable obesity. Put your foot down.

Potential strategies? Make a comment to the bartender -- "geez the club probably has to charge her a double fee off of her dances because she has to take up two private booths in the VIP". They'll get the drift. Tell the unattractive ones that you're surprised they let people like her dance here. Keep your eye on the men who are patronizing the extremely out-of-line dancers. Can you identify the type? Are they of a particular demographic? (Age, f.e., social class, or ethnicity? Etc.)

We are in it together. Together we can stamp out undesirable dancers.

Also agree with @BookGuy that we all need to hold the line on not buying dances from overweight girls. If that's all a club has to offer, leave the club.

Tattoos I have mixed feelings about. It's definitely a Gen Z thing to get all tatted up so I don't think that's going away. Personally, some tattoos are interesting to me, but I just hate the really bad ones, that look like they were drawn by a 5th grader.

In Washington state the fat dancers are the most popular ones. they're popular because they'll suck and fuck in the VIP for around $300. I personally don't go there but many do. I'd rather pay $200 at one of our new AMP's that have opened up with young hot spinners than pay $300 for a land whale. I go to strip clubs more to watch the show, maybe buy a couple legal dances to get me in the mood before going to one of the AMP's to cap off the night.

The younger generation now reports, much to my amazement, that the girls at the AMPs are "young hot spinnerrs" whereas the dancers are "fat" and are "the most popular ones." This is exactly backwards from the way the world should be. I hereby declare that the universe has turned upside-down. Also the $300 and $200 price are literally quadruple what should be paid. IMNSHO.

This is one of the thing I love about Portland Oregon. It's about a 3 hour drive for me to get there but I make the drive a couple times a year. There's something like 50 clubs in the city and with that many clubs some have naturally started catering to specific tastes. You've got clubs that almost exclusively attract overweight dancers, some that attract spinners, some black, some Latina, some more natural, some heavily tatted up, and so on. I don't think the clubs set out to do this themselves but word got out that if you have X look Y club will have customers who like your look.

@ Book Guy. Most of the AMP's where I live still have grandmas working. It's just been in the last 6 months or so we've gotten 3 new places that are absolutely amazing. Under 30, spinners or at least HWP that actually look like the ladies in the ads, willing to provide BBBJCIM and CFS for the AMP standard $200 total that all the grandmas charge. The only downside is they're VERY busy. It's not uncommon for 6+ guys to walk through the door during a visit and they only have 4 ladies working. they've actually started doing BJ's in the lobby if a guy isn't concerned about being seen by another dude finishing up. With how busy they are and how open about their activities they are I can't imagine the good times will last long.

humorously enough, strip clubs and the military recruit from the same employee pool. @skinnywhiteboy. I grew up in Cali and the dancers that provided mileage were usually Latinas and/or Cougars from what I remember. Old chicks are good at mileage too.

As for your question, yes I find that to be fat, its fat and there are no 2 ways about it. even clinically that is obesity. The thighs are likely bigger than my torso and I am not a small man.

They still got to make their "reasonable" quota on the number of girls. Yes, any of us can help reduce the numbers, but as managers, they are also knowledgeable about emotions and dealing with people - They already know...
