  So you’re new here and your only two posts are about PH and take out from PH. That’s a big red flag for me.

  You posted this in the wrong place. This site has reviews for thousands of clubs and you identify the one in question as "ph". What you instead want to do is go to the club page (yours is https://tuscl.net/listing/1160 ), and then click "Got a question?" and post it there. This way, the club you're asking about will be displayed so people know which one you're actually talking about.

  But if by "OTC" you're referring to exchanging money for sexual favors, I suspect you're barking up the wrong tree. These are professional dancers, not escorts.
  
  Since from your last started discussion I'm guessing that "PH" means the Playhouse Lounge, you do realize that prostitution is illegal in the state of NJ, no? Frankly I'm highly offended that you'd assume that any regular poster on this site would know anything about that sort of thing. This is a board full of law abiding citizens who enjoy the sensual - and legal - offerings of well respected strip club establishments like the Playhouse Lounge. 👮‍♂️ 🚔
