How many ‘Top 40’ TUSCL clubs have you been to?

Wow I thought people live Little Darlings Las Vegas.

Jeez…This list has changed so much. The clubs I have been to that are on there actually SUCKED.

How can Follies remain on there?

I've been to 13 on the list. But that includes Follies which is close. And Buck's Wild in Houston was called something else then.

I've been to two of the Worst 40. I didn't even know this List was on there.

I’m too lazy to list them but 26 off the top 40 and 17 off the worst 40. They really aren’t the worst though because they have to get enough reviews to qualify.

I have been to 11 of the best and 4 of the worst. I definitely would go back to Electric Blue in CT and Centerfolds in Houston which are both on the worst list. I have been to Atlantis in Illinois which is #2 on the best list and thought it was a complete waste of time and money. Same with PT's in Dallas. Not sure that it would even be in my top 10 in Dallas.

I guess I am not really sure what the criteria are, but we all have our own criteria and will judge these clubs much differently.

Follies is my alltime favorite, but I agree, it needs to disappear from this list.

I think I’ve been to two of the worst rated clubs.

I’ve not been near any of the top 40 clubs.

I've been to 8 of them. Only one of them was anything special enough for me to want to go back soon, which was Club Desire in Providence.

The others, including brief thoughts on each, are:

• Baby Dolls Dallas: Gimmicky clip joint for tourists and beer drinking day laborers looking for free finger food and discounted beers at Happy Hour.

• Oz Clearwater FL: Not bad, but not enough seating and I wouldn't go far out of my way to visit.

• PT’s Mens Club Dallas: I had a good time when I visited, but the attitudes of the dayshift girls were much better than those if the night shift dancers.

• Rhode Island Dolls Woonsocket RI: It was very a long time ago, so I will reserve judgment.

• Oasis Goodtime Atlanta: Guessing that it is very fun for regulars who know the girls.

• Treasure Club Greensboro NC: A bit too gimmicky for my tastes.

13 - Outer space club, desires, LaPearl, Cheetah Pompano, Oz, Spearmint Rhino - Vegas, Palomino, Rhode Island Dolls, Booby Trap Pompano, Treasure Club Greensboro, Diamond Dolls, Cheaters Coco.

Desires, Dolls, Cheetah Pompano, Diamond Dolls and cheaters Coco are all in my regular rotation.

I guess I don’t get around as much as I should, and don’t have the cash these days to do much if I did, but:

Best - 3 Worst - 3 Value - 3

Only slightly better than Motörhead, so I don’t think he should be kicked out.

In my opinion, the value list is the most representative of the three lists.

How the HELL did Spearmint Rhino of Las Vegas make the Top Value list ? I mean WTF ??? I had a ball when I was there. Beautiful women. But I spent a small fortune when I was there.

With the Tijuana places I understand why they are so well loved. But some of the US clubs on the list I do not understand why they are so highly rated.

I have been to 6 from the list. I have been to more than 300 clubs in last 10 yrs. . But around 10 of them definitely makes into any to 40. But none of them in this list. I don’t this ranking

Spearmint rhino vegas...management is known for being racist. It's a tourist trap now. Basically come in and get the trick Royale treatment

Palomino club... John is a bad manager. It's overpriced which leaves the girls struggling. John does a better job keeping it a drug den than a strip club.

The Cubans changed yhe vibe there.

i’ve been to six of the best. three of them are in tijuana. two in vegas. one in phoenix.

How can you have a worst 40 when there are so many bad clubs that couldn't even qualify for the list?

I've been to all of the Atlanta club that made the top 40. I don't travel much anymore.

Little darlings on the worst list. It's actually the best club in Vegas right now. I'm guessing the low rating coz uts not a cheap brothel

I have been to Follies, Baby Dolls, Rhino LV, Palomino LV, Oasis, Tattletales. that's 6. I have been to 8 of the Top Value list and 9 of the Top dancers clubs. But those are 3 very different lists.

Best 40, 10 - Desire, Baby Dolls Dallas, Cheetah Pompano, Oz, Imperial, Booby Trap Pompano, Treasure Greensboro, Diamond Dolls Pompano, Cheaters Cocoa Beach

Of course I went to a lot of these just because they were highly rated on TUSCL

Worst 40 3 - Wise Guys Washington Park, Club Pussycat Baltimore Block, Diva's Lexington as Shadowcat says there's a lot of bad ones that don't have enough reviews to be on the list. Probably most of the Baltimore Block clubs in this category.

Only 1 from each for me. I don't really have the time when traveling to hit clubs. I also don't vacation for clubs, I vacation for other opportunities.

Each of those lists has some real head-scratchers. To each his own, I guess.

I did a quick count, and I've been to 18 of the "best" and 11 of the "worst." I was at one of the "worst" last Friday and will be visiting another one tomorrow. Says a whole lot about me, doesn't it. LOL

Lol at any club in Baltimore. Looks like we travel similar routes as I find myself in South Florida and PHX a lot for work !

I've always thought the number of reviews is a more accurate measurement of club quality than the rating. Here in Indianapolis Brad's Brass Flamingo has a lower TUSCL rating than Dancers but twice as many reviews. The general consensus here is Brad's is a better club and that is reflected in the fact that more guys go there and more guys review it after having gone there.

6 on the Worst List for me. Agree that most Baltimore Block clubs could be on that list.

Tuscl ratings and reviews aren't really that great. Lots of club ads. Lots of fake reviews. Listing aren't updated. Closed clubs get reviews while open ones hardly get any sometimes. Then a lot of shitty clubs get good reviews and ratings coz they have cheap hoes. That's the main criteria on here

Definitely some head scratchers. How is Delilah's Den of Hazlet on the best and Gallaghers 2000 on the worst?

I normally don't pay any attention to that list but took a look last night. Zero on the top 40, all 4 Ohio clubs on the bottom 40 and there are worse than those 4 in my area which says all that needs to said about the sad state of NE Ohio strip clubs. *sigh

I've been to two of the best, Penthouse Club Baltimore and Treasure Club Greensboro. Had some great times at both.

Also, surprisingly, I've been to the Number 1 worst rated club, Diamond Dolls Daytona. I actually had a lot of fun both times I was there, but that was six years ago before the curtains came down and the entertainers went downhill.

Zero of the top rated clubs. Four of the worst! Marcet and XXXV (which are #2 and #3 respectively), Red Raven, Lace. I guess that says something about the shit-hole places I go to most often.

Interesting how the "worst 40 list" has changed since the last time we had a thread like this almost two years ago. Some places didn't survive Covid, and I suspect a few others used the down time to fixup/remodel and perhaps aren't that bad anymore. tuscl.net

Four on the best, but only because Cheters in Cocoa Beach is there. Seriously, what the hell? Have that many attractive, talented dancers relocated to Florida in the past couple of years?

Only worst club I've been to is Admiral Theater in Chicago. I popped my strip club cherry there at 18yo. No alcohol, air dances, and no touching at all.

18 on the best list and 5 on the worst list. I wish the list would be updated. This has been the same list for a long time, including Follies still being on there even though it has been closed for a long time. They should update the list just to get Atlantis at 2 off the list.

Using the top 40 Overall: Baby Dolls Dallas - I don't get why Platinum 84 Denver - WTF, doesn't belong on this list PH Baltimore - many years ago, meh Tattletales Atlanta - also don't get it

I tend to agree with doc: "the number of reviews is a more accurate measurement of club quality than the rating"

But it's also a function of city size. large cities by default have higher review counts.

IMO, the ratings are only useful within same metro area at best
